O tamanho ficou perfeito porém estava apertando meu pé na parte de cima, fui para trocar eo vendedor disse que não podia trocar pois eu havia colocado o cadarço e retirado a embalagem do outro cadarço que vem grudado no tenis, o vendedor nem sugeriu experimentar o tamanho maior... Não compro nunca mais nessa loja.
My husband bought a vans for me at the store ... The size was perfect but I was squeezing my foot on the top, I went to change and the seller said that I could not change because I had put the shoelace and removed the packaging from the other shoelace comes stuck in tennis, the salesman did not even suggest trying the biggest size ... I do not shop in this store anymore.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A loja é ótima do Dom Pedro , mas entrar na loja e os vendedores virem te atender com a máscara abaixada é uma falta de respeito com a vida do consumidor, já que estamos em meio a pandemia com os casos subindo absurdamente. Deixei de comprar na loja por isso! Absurdo!
The store is great for Dom Pedro, but entering the store and the salesmen come to see you with the mask down is a lack of respect for the consumer's life, since we are in the middle of the pandemic with the cases rising absurdly. I stopped buying at the store for that! Absurd!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Comprei um dos patins mais caros da loja, paguei certinho, em 6 dias deu problema de fabricação, não trocaram nem me deixaram trocar por outro de maior valor. Apenas me informaram que ia ficar 2 semanas na manutenção. Péssimo pós venda
I bought one of the most expensive skates in the store, I paid for it right, in 6 days there was a manufacturing problem, they didn't change it or let me change it for another one of higher value. They just informed me that I was going to stay 2 weeks in maintenance. Bad after sales

Mais o chinelo que comprei de presente não serviu e fui trocar no dia 5/4 chegando na loja fui atendida por uma vendedora muito mal educada , não fez questão nenhuma de fazer a troca queria me empurrar um chinelo com o valor mais caro e disse que o chinelo que eu escolhi não tinha mais nenhuma numeração , além da cara de deboche da mesma.
Em 3 dias não tinha mais chinelo no estoque !
I went to the store on Saturday 2/4 and 0 complaints with the service were super polite!
But the slipper I bought as a gift didn't fit and I went to change it on the 5/4th, arriving at the store, I was attended by a very rude saleswoman, she didn't make a point of making the exchange, she wanted to push me a slipper with the most expensive value and said that the slipper I chose didn't have any numbers anymore, besides the mocking face of it.
In 3 days there were no more slippers in stock!
