Os médicos que atenderam a minha mãe, de 95 anos, bem como o meu atendimento foram exímios. Recomendo a todos que precisam e prezam por bom atendimento e acima de tudo respeito, qualidade, confiança, competência, em seus exames.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Na minha visão, o atendimento de rotina deveria ser feito apenas por um médico e em casos de real necessidade passaria para um especialista. A forma de trabalho da clínica força o paciente a ir várias vez ao ano em consultas.
In my view, routine care should only be carried out by a doctor and, in cases of real need, it would be transferred to a specialist. The clinic's way of working forces the patient to go to consultations several times a year.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sou paciente da Dra Danute e Dra. Ana desde 2014. Tenho degeneração progressiva na córnea, que graças a elas está sob controle. A consulta e um pouco cara, mas o atendimento e competência são excelentes. Não tenho o que reclamar, só agradecer.
I am a patient of Dr Danute and Dr. Ana since 2014. I have progressive corneal degeneration, which thanks to them is under control. The consultation is a little expensive, but the service and competence are excellent. I have nothing to complain about, just thank you.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Primeira vez.Tudo foi ótimo, desde o atendimento no agendamento da consulta, limpeza (enquanto estava lá limparam as poltronas na sala espera), e principalmente a médica oftalmo pediatra Dra Silvia Shida. Ela é muito cuidadosa e esclarecedora. Local de fácil acesso, inclusive para estacionar ou ir de metrô ou ônibus, pois é bem próximo da Av Ibirapuera. Com certeza passarei a levar meus filhos.
First time. Everything was great, from the service in scheduling the appointment, cleaning (while I was there they cleaned the chairs in the waiting room), and especially the pediatric ophthalmologist Dr Silvia Shida. She is very caring and enlightening. Easy access location, including parking or taking the subway or bus, as it is very close to Av Ibirapuera. I will definitely be taking my kids.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Dra.Danute, não sabia meu diagnóstico em um momento de urgência retornei e ela com muita grosseria me mandou ir à um pronto socorro pois sua agenda estava lotada me deu recomendação de procurar um otorrino coisa que fiz e apenas perdi tempo poisem um outro local uma outra profissional imediatamente ao me examinar constatou meu problema que por sinal grave.
Perdi muito tempo pois esperava sempre pelo atendimento da Danute o que me foi uma grande decepção.
Honestamente sem palavras pelo erro grotesco tanto de atendimento quanto de diagnóstico pois me sugeriu uma enxaqueca......sem palavras....
Não recomendo para pessoas exigentes.
Além de tudo isso quiseram me cobrar por exames que meu plano cobre....
Esse lugar chamado centro de olhos é nada confiável.
Cada um com sua experiência, essa foi a minha desastrosa.
Dr. Danute, I didn't know my diagnosis in a moment of urgency I returned and she very rudely told me to go to the emergency room because her schedule was full, she gave me a recommendation to look for an ENT, which I did and I just lost time because in another place one another professional immediately, when examining me, found my problem, which by the way was serious.
I wasted a lot of time because I was always waiting for Danute's service, which was a big disappointment.
Honestly speechless due to the grotesque error of both care and diagnosis because it suggested to me a migraine...... speechless....
I don't recommend it for demanding people.
In addition to all this, they wanted to charge me for exams that my plan covers....
This place called the eye center is unreliable.
Each one with their experience, this was my disastrous one.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Fui muito bem atendido quando marquei horário, porém na emergência ficou a desejar, estou com baita dor no olho, retornando de uma consulta, piorou meu estado clínico, vou aguardar por uma hora para ver se algum médico poderá me atender.
Me indicaram marcar um horário antes de vir, mas emergência não tem hora marcada, né.....rsrsr
Mas fui atendido pela Dr. Silvia ótima profissional e super atenciosa, que já ligou para a Dr. Michele que acompanha meu caso e me pediu para aguardar ela, que quer ver meu caso.
No sentido de atendimento realmente excepcional, com grande dedicação e atenção de todos aqui.
Indico a todos que precisem de um ótimo oftalmologista, em toda minha jornada a mais de 30 anos, melhor lugar que passei.
Local onde os médicos não são Deuses, ouvem seus problemas e dão valor as suas experiências anteriores.
