★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Compro óculos tenho 1 ano de garantia preciso usar os serviços dentro deste prazo sou informado que não conseguem resolver meu problema seria somente fazer um polimento .mais tudo bem fica aqui minha indignação.

Deixei o meu óculos para reparo em uma das hastes, cabe informar que o mesmo não foi adquirido na loja, porém, a atendente falou que se tratava de um pequeno reparo, que seria feito e entregue em até 5 dias úteis, no 5º dia útil, no final da tarde, após não ter retorno, liguei pra loja e fui informada que por problemas de logística, não seria possível entregar o meu óculos, o mesmo talvez só seria entregue no dia seguinte. Ao receber ligação no 6º dia útil, no final da tarde, fui imediatamente busca-lo, pois o utilizo diariamente. Qdo retornei a minha residencia, ao coloca-lo no rosto, a haste caiu, entrei em contato com a loja e a mesma já estava fechada, no 7º dia útil , retornei a loja, a atendente verificou o erro e solicitou que o mesmo retornasse para fábrica, resumo: Meu óculos foi para o 1º conserto, dia 08 e após idas e vindas, retirei ele da loja dia 28, e pasmem-se, retornou quebrado, pois eles não fizeram o conserto, que a principio era fácil e feito em até 5 dias uteis.
Com certeza a empresa não está preocupada com a necessidade do cliente e tão pouco na excelência do serviço prestado.

Upon receiving a call on the 6th business day, in the late afternoon, I immediately went to get it, as I use it daily. When I returned to my residence, when I put it on my face, the nail fell off, I contacted the store and it was already closed, on the 7th business day, I returned to the store, the attendant checked the error and requested that it return to factory, summary: My glasses went to the 1st repair, on the 8th and after comings and goings, I removed it from the store on the 28th, and be amazed, it came back broken, because they didn't do the repair, which at first was easy and done within 5 working days.
Certainly the company is not concerned with the customer's needs and neither in the excellence of the service provided.
