★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Mesmo com todos os tormentos de abrir e fechar comércio por causa da PANDEMIA, chegando na ótica, a vendedora Michelle e um homem que lá trabalham estavam sem máscaras, ao aproximar para nós atender (eu e minha esposa), educadamente pedi a vendedora que colocasse a máscara e com muita má vontade e cara de quem não gostou, ela colocou. Compramos um óculos e até então estamos satisfeitos com o produto.
Even with all the torments of opening and closing trade because of PANDEMIA, arriving at the optician, the saleswoman Michelle and a man who work there were without masks, when approaching for us to answer (my wife and I), I politely asked the seller to put the mask and with a lot of ill will and the face of someone who didn't like it, she put it on. We bought glasses and so far we are satisfied with the product.

Destaco o excelente atendimento prestado pelo Sr Fred na solução da falha. Atendimento muito bom na venda e excelente na prestação da garantia. Recomendo a todos.
I bought a new glasses on 7/8/21 at the Big Shopping store for my son. A lens malfunctioned. On 8/9/21 I received a call from the store that offered to fix the problem. I highlight the excellent service provided by Mr Fred in solving the failure. Very good service on sale and excellent guarantee. I recommend it to everyone.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Fui olhar um óculos e o gerente calvo, que me atendeu, me mostrou um óculos de sol que pedi, o preço dele era 2x o do concorrente, agradeci e fui sair então ele perguntou por quanto eu havia encontrado o óculos eu falei esse senhor veio me tratar com falta de educação e por isso que a loja vive vazia, além de não ter preço são mal educados.
I went to look for glasses and the bald manager, who attended to me, showed me a sunglasses I asked for, his price was 2x the competitor's, I thanked him and went out so he asked how much I had found the glasses I said this gentleman came treat me with impoliteness and that's why the store is empty, besides being priceless, they are rude.
