★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Péssima experiência com essa ótica, comprei um óculos, eles erraram na produção e me entregaram os óculos com as lentes avariadas, após reclamação, trocaram as lentes e danificaram a armação, me entregaram com a armação danificada, reclamei e disseram que iam trocar a armação, passaram vários meses e não fizeram nada, resumindo deram uma de joão sem braço e eu fiquei com o produto danificado, não recomendo esta ótica.

A atendente foi extremamente educada e solícita, não ficou forçando compra aquelas lentes cheias de tecnologias (antireflexo, transitions, etc), ela me explicou sobre as tecnologias mas não vi necessidade em comprá-las, ela respeitou minha opinião e isso me deixou bastante satisfeito. Em outra oportunidade, quando o apoio do nariz quebrou, fizeram a troca gratuitamente. Coisas simples, mas que fazem uma grande diferença na fidelização do cliente!
I really enjoyed the service when I purchased my glasses and, when it is necessary to exchange them, it will certainly be the chosen location. The attendant was extremely polite and helpful, she wasn't forcing me to buy those lenses full of technologies (anti-glare, transitions, etc), she explained to me about the technologies but I didn't see the need to buy them, she respected my opinion and that made me very satisfied . On another occasion, when the nose support broke, they exchanged for free. Simple things, but that make a big difference in customer loyalty!
