★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Fui surpreendido pela atenção, cordialidade e conhecimento técnico do pessoal. Não exitei em fazer o meu óculos e os outros da família. São produtos de primeira linha e a manutenção é permanente. Só não vi instalados os dispositivos de segurança contra incêndio que são: sinalização, extintores, rotas de fuga etc. Lamento não disporem de adaptações para PCDs e convênio com estacionamentos próximos.
I was surprised by the attention, cordiality and technical knowledge of the staff. I didn't hesitate to make my glasses and the others in the family. They are first-rate products and maintenance is permanent. I just didn't see the fire safety devices installed, which are: signaling, extinguishers, escape routes, etc. I regret not having adaptations for PCDs and an agreement with nearby parking lots.

The best and biggest opticians in Bauru and region, my whole family and I only buy glasses at the Nova Visão optics because we are always very well attended, in addition to a charismatic work team, the consultants and the optician, have a lot of knowledge in relation to to the optical segment, taking all our doubts about the products we are buying (Frames and lenses).
