★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A internet é de péssima qualidade! O sinal oscila muito e caiu a toda hora, principalmente quando chove. Às vezes passo vergonha quando estou numa videoconferência e o sinal caiu subidamente. A sorte é que tenho um plano 4G que me salva nessas horas. É lamentável ter que passar por isso! A internet por fibra não deveria ter esse tipo de problema, mas a desse provedor consegue fazer o serviço ficar pior do que a via rádio! É vergonhoso!
 The internet is of bad quality! The signal fluctuates a lot and fell all the time, especially when it rains. Sometimes I feel embarrassed when I'm in a videoconference and the signal has dropped suddenly. Luckily, I have a 4G plan that saves me at those times. It's unfortunate to have to go through that! The internet for fiber should not have this kind of problem, but that provider can make the service worse than the radio! It's shameful!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Minha internet fica horrível simplesmente do nada. 2 exemplos: Estou jogando CS:GO e meu ping fica entre 5-10 sempre, do nada vai pra 500, não é só no cs que acontece isso, é em todos os jogos e até vendo um vídeo na qualidade automática, vejo um vídeo em 1080p tranquilo e do nada começa a travar em até 144p... Nunca tive isso, começou no meio de julho e acontece até hoje. Fora isso, nunca tive problema nenhum e o atendimento é super rápido.
My internet is horrible simply out of nowhere. 2 examples: I'm playing CS: GO and my ping is between 5-10 always, out of nowhere goes to 500, not only in cs that happens, it is in all games and even watching a video in automatic quality, I see a video in quiet 1080p and nothing starts catching up to 144p ... Never had it, it started in mid-July and it happens to this day. Other than that, I never had any problem and the service is super fast.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Tá horrível a internet, já te suporte e melhora na hora depois fica lento e caindo. Não carrega YouTube lentidão no extremo. Não tenho nada de Bom pra falar só péssimo serviço.
O suporte via robô isso deixa o cliente a distância do suporte e da Oquei Internet.
Pago um dos maiores pacote mais não tem internet quando precisa.
Não contrata tem outras impressa de Internet
melhores.

Completa falta de consideração com cliente talvez resolva somente com reclamação na Anatel

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Péssimo, e você liga para reclamar eles falam que é o roteador, aí falamos que o roteador é o deles (o modelo deles) eles falam que é o computador, e assim vai… Ou seja, nunca problema é eles, e sim os outros. Horrível! Não indico para ninguém!
Terrible, and you call to complain they say it's the router, then we say the router is theirs (their model) they say it's the computer, and so on... That is, it's never them a problem, it's the others . Horrible! I don't recommend it to anyone!
