★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Muito ruim, sinal 100% intermitente, fica horas sem sinal é sem explicações, isso quando não fica dias sem sinal e ainda dizem q o sinal esta normal, q o problema deve ser em minha residência e ainda querem cobrar a visita do técnico, só pra empurrarem o problema pro cliente!
Very bad, 100% intermittent signal, there is no signal for hours without explanation, this is when there is no signal for days and they still say that the signal is normal, that the problem must be in my house and they still want to charge the technician for a visit, just to push the problem for the customer!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Péssimo suporte, uso a internet pois trabalho em home office, raras vezes que precisei do suporte é um desgaste e um prejuízo pro meu trabalho. Não atendem telefone, o suporte pelo whats já chamei em um dia e responderam só no outro, não recomendo e já estou a procura de outro.
Terrible support, I use the internet because I work from home, I rarely need support, it's a strain and a detriment to my work. They don't answer the phone, the support by whats I already called in one day and they answered only the other, I don't recommend it and I'm already looking for another one.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Só tem deixado a desejar. Não para de cair e quando não cai fica instável. Atendimento péssimo, só tem um número para contato e raramente atendem, o atendimento pelo wpp não funciona. Se tiver problemas não vai conseguir solucionar em um prazo descente. Se precisar de net para trabalhar ou estudar, não contem com eles.
It just left something to be desired. It doesn't stop falling and when it doesn't fall it becomes unstable. Terrible service, they only have a contact number and they rarely answer, the wpp service doesn't work. If you have problems, you won't be able to solve it in a decent amount of time. If you need the net to work or study, don't count on them.
