★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Simplesmente o wtzap n responde,o boleto nunca chega nem em casa nem no e-mail...eu tenho q ficar horas e horas tentando q eles me mandem o boleto e depois de três meses pagando com cartão de crédito e sem atraso eles agora n aceitam pagar com cartão kkk piada..
 Wtzap just doesn't respond, the ticket never arrives either at home or in the email... I have to spend hours and hours trying to get them to send me the ticket and after three months paying with a credit card and without delay they now They don't accept to pay with card lol joke..

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pense num a internet ruim. Agora multiplique por 1000. Qualquer horário é ruim, sempre caindo, vc não consegue realizar suas atividades sem demorar um tempo absurdo. Vou procurar outra empresa pra mudar essa internet péssima.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Empresa assim como as outras de internet, os dois ou três primeiros meses a internet é uma maravilha depois disso o sinal cai você tenta falar com ele preso não consegue, todos os canais de contato você não consegue resolver o problema.. vou mudar de empresa, prestadora de serviço totalmente sem compromisso com cliente

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A internet pode até ser razoável, mas tive uma experiência muito negativa com o serviço. Mudei de cidade e solicitei mudança do aparelho de internet. A empresa informou que havia pontos de internet no novo endereço. Foi dado 48 h de prazo para a instalação. Esperei uma semana para que uma equipe viesse (isso depois de eu ficar insistindo pelo whatsapp). Quando a equipe chega, informam que o endereço não tem cobertura de internet! Moral da história, fiquei uma semana sem internet sem necessidade, pois poderia ter procurado outra empresa se a informação correta tivesse sido passada.
The internet may be ok, but I had a very negative experience with the service. I moved to another city and requested to change the internet device. The company reported that there were internet points at the new address. 48 h of installation time was given. I waited a week for a team to come (this after I kept insisting on whatsapp). When the team arrives, they inform that the address does not have internet coverage! Moral of the story, I was without internet for a week without need, because I could have looked for another company if the correct information had been passed on.
