★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Eles ficam limitando a velocidade isso é proibido, recomendo a vcs que estão passando por isso liguem para eles e peçam para colocarem o IP aberto, e façam uma denuncia na Anatel caso não resolvam
Se querem ter clientes tem que te suporte para atender a velocidade solicitada fica com uma net de 100kbs e nós testes bater mais de 50 mbs é foda, e ainda não entregam nem os 40% mínimos

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Só dei uma estrelinha porque não tinha como avaliar com zero estrela. Péssimo serviço, oscila demais. Quando cai, passa até 5 dias para arrumarem. Estou desde quarta feira sem internet e não resolvem o meu problema. Já estou cansada de ligar e eles pedirem para aguardar que os técnicos estão vindo arrumar e nada. Vou cancelar amanhã mesmo. Não quero mais nem de graça.
I only gave a little star because I couldn't rate it with zero stars. Terrible service, it wavers too much. When it falls, it takes up to 5 days to fix it. I've been without internet since Wednesday and they don't solve my problem. I'm already tired of calling and they ask to wait because the technicians are coming to fix it and nothing. I'll cancel tomorrow. I don't even want it for free anymore.
