Mas a higiene do local é péssima. Tudo sujo , cadeira , a lâmpada e instrumentos..fui sentar na cadeira. Cheio de papel que outro paciente utilizou pra limpar a boca, aí falei pra o dr. Ele somente tirou mas nem passou um álcool na cadeira .. em vista de outros dentistas que vou. Ficou muito abaixo do nível de limpeza que se espera de um consultório. Realmente fiquei com nojo e por isso não voltarei.
Very friendly dentist and receptionist.
But the hygiene of the place is bad. All dirty, chair, lamp and instruments.. I went to sit on the chair. Full of paper that another patient used to clean his mouth, so I told Dr. He just took it off but didn't even put alcohol on the chair.. in view of the other dentists I go to. It was far below the level of cleanliness you would expect from an office. I was really disgusted and so I won't be going back.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Precisava fazer 2 canal, um foi feito parece que com mal vontade, o segundo canal seria feito em breve, mas a DRa Letícia disse que era caso de estração, até aí tudo bem.... Mas não era não, dava pra fazer canal sim, fiquei de fazer a estração em alguns meses já que não sentia dor, comecei a ter uma dor horrorosa nesse mesmo dente, fui em outro consultório e meu dente já estava sem estrutura para fazer o canal, porque foi dito anteriormente que era caso somente de estração!
Ou seja, perdi um dente por incompetência!!!!!
Agora o Dr Pedro muito simpático e claro!
I needed to do 2 canals, one was done, it seems with ill will, the second canal would be done soon, but Dr. Letícia said it was a case of extraction, so far so good.... But it wasn't, it was possible to do a canal yes, I had to do the traction in a few months since I didn't feel pain, I started to have horrible pain in that same tooth, I went to another office and my tooth was already without structure to make the canal, because it was said earlier that it was just a case of traction!
That is, I lost a tooth due to incompetence!!!!!
Now Dr Pedro is very nice and clear!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Fui atendido pela Dr Rayssa e só tenho elogios. Foi super atenciosa em um atendimento de rotina e ainda voltei no dia seguinte para fazer restauração. A Célia da recepção foi super solícita e me encaixou no dia seguinte mesmo com agenda cheia.
Recomendo demais. Aceitam plano Bradesco.
I was attended by Dr Rayssa and I only have compliments. She was super helpful in a routine service and I even came back the next day to do a restoration. Célia at the reception was super helpful and fit me in the next day even with a full schedule.
I highly recommend it. They accept Bradesco plan.
