Tem que combinar melhor as respostas entre vcs, senão vão passar vergonha!
Estão insinuando que houve "problemas' na entrega de exames , mas tenho msg de whatsapp de vcs alegando que o atraso no atendimento era devido ao dentista estar doente, eu retirei o resultado da radiografia no mesmo dia, então vamos parar de terceirizar responsabilidades
Particularly, it was one of the worst calls I've ever seen, Google could offer the zero rating option, so as I have money I can look for another establishment!
You have to better combine the answers between you, otherwise they will be ashamed!
They are implying that there were 'problems' with exam delivery, but I have you guys whatsapp msg claiming that the delay in care was due to the dentist being sick, I took the x-ray result the same day, so let's stop outsourcing responsibilities

My experience at the Oral Clinic in Pouso Alegre was great, from the attendance at the reception to my surgery. I have never seen a clean and organized dental clinic in the region. That was one of the factors that made me choose Oral Clinic. Congratulations to all employees and management.
