★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pessimo atendimento, nao sei, talves foi so comigo, mas sao pessimos.. enrolados, nao estao nem ai para clientes de plano, deve ser. Me marcaram e desmacaram umas 5 vezes, cada vez com uma desculpa deferente! Um mes pra marca pra terminar o que comecou e mesmo assim, desistir. E procurei outro. Ao sei talves foi so comigo. Dei azar.
Poor service, I do not know, maybe it was just me, but they are bad .. rolled up, do not care for plan customers, should be. They tagged me and stripped about 5 times, each time with a respectful excuse! One month to mark to finish what you started and still give up. And I looked for another one. I know maybe it was just me. I was unlucky.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Dra. Renata: gravem esse nome! Péssima profissional. Só que saber de ganhar dinheiro dos pacientes a qualquer custo. Tentou enganar a minha mãe que está com perda dental informando que o plano dela não cobria o procedimento (sendo que cobre) cobrando um valor particular gigante e se recusando a fazer o tratamento dela. Agendei uma limpeza comum e ela tentou me empurrar aparelho dental dizendo com essas palavras "os seus dentes estão HORRIVEIS de tortos" sendo que tenho 26 anos e consultei com dentistas ótimos em Belo Horizonte e nunca tive indicação de aparelho, muito menos dessa forma horrível e sem ética. Tomem cuidado!
Dr. Renata: record that name! Terrible professional. Only knowing how to earn money from patients at any cost. Tried to deceive my mother who has tooth loss by informing her that her plan did not cover the procedure (which it does) charging a gigantic private amount and refusing to do her treatment. I scheduled a regular cleaning and she tried to push me braces saying with these words "your teeth are HORRIBLE crooked" being that I'm 26 years old and I consulted with great dentists in Belo Horizonte and I never had braces indication, much less in this horrible and no ethics. Be careful!
