★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Prezados. Ao realizar exames neste local, solicitem algum tipo de protocolo contendo o dia e HORÁRIO da entrega. Pois no meu caso só me foi informado o dia com bastante ênfase, (7 DIAS ÚTEIS), Então chego para apanhar e me dito que a entrega só seria feita no período da tarde. Como não poderei retornar no horário informado estou me sujeitando a esperar e com isso gerando outros transtornos.
Esteemed. When performing exams at this location, request some type of protocol containing the day and TIME of delivery. Because in my case I was only informed about the day with a lot of emphasis, (7 BUSINESS DAYS), so I arrive to pick up and am told that the delivery would only be made in the afternoon. As I won't be able to return at the informed time, I'm subjecting myself to wait and thus generating other inconveniences.
