★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Não tive uma boa experiência, já que fiquei 3 semanas seguidas tentando marcar uma consulta e em todas as vezes tive que aguardar quase a semana inteira p/ ter a confirmação de que na verdade não ia dar certo, ou seja, foram três semanas de espera que não resultaram em nenhum benefício. Sem falar que em algumas vezes em que falei no WhatsApp da clínica, minhas mensagens só foram respondidas depois de mais de um dia.
 I didn't have a good experience, as I spent 3 weeks in a row trying to make an appointment and each time I had to wait almost the whole week to have confirmation that it wasn't really going to work, that is, it was three weeks of waiting that resulted in no benefit. Not to mention that on some occasions when I spoke on the clinic's WhatsApp, my messages were only answered after more than a day.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Não merece nenhuma estrela, péssima experiência. Marcaram um horário, esperei durante 3 horas e fizeram apenas uma avaliação. Desrespeito total com o cliente. O prazo de espera deve ser no máximo de 30 minutos, direito do consumidor. Mas o desrespeito e falta de empatia da clínica é total. Não indico.
It doesn't deserve any stars, bad experience. They made an appointment, I waited for 3 hours and they just did an evaluation. Total disrespect for the customer. The waiting period must be a maximum of 30 minutes, consumer right. But the clinic's disrespect and lack of empathy is total. I do not indicate.
