★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Estou realizando processo de implantes no local. Parte médica da empresa é nota 10, porém a parte comercial... Fechei contrato com a empresa de uma maneira, a responsável por tal contrato lançou de outra maneira no sistema e ontem recebi mensagens e ligações da responsável pelo setor, Aline Boni, realizando cobrança indevida, ameaçando não continuar o tratamento caso eu não efetuasse o suposto pagamento. Nem sequer analisou as informações do contrato antes de me fazer passar tamanho constrangimento. Passei por caloteiro e me senti com a dignidade manchada! Tive que ir pessoalmente resolver e provar por "A" mais "B" em cima do contrato que estou correto. Fica aqui minha indignação e insatisfação com o setor da empresa!!!
I'm performing implant process on site. The medical part of the company is grade 10, but the commercial part... I closed a contract with the company in one way, the person responsible for that contract launched it in the system in another way and yesterday I received messages and calls from the person responsible for the sector, Aline Boni, performing improper charge, threatening not to continue the treatment if I did not make the alleged payment. He didn't even review the contract information before putting me through such embarrassment. I passed as a deadbeat and felt my dignity stained! I had to go personally to resolve and prove by "A" plus "B" on top of the contract that I am correct. Here is my indignation and dissatisfaction with the company's sector!!!

Fiz uma avaliação com o pessoal da ORAL SIN, Dr. Marcello o qual me convenceu que tais preocupação era normal para a maioria das pessoas, porem poderia ficar tranquilo tanto em relação a dor, quanto a estética. Mesmo relutante fechei o tratamento. Hoje posso dizer de sorriso aberto da minha tremenda satisfação com meu processo realizado sem dor pelo DR. VICTOR e Marcio. Obrigado a todos da ORAL SIN. I made an evaluation with the ORAL SIN staff, Dr. Marcello, who convinced me that such concern was normal for most people, but I could be calm both regarding pain and aesthetics. Even reluctantly I closed the treatment. Today I can say with an open smile of my tremendous satisfaction with my painlessly performed process by the DR. VICTOR and Marcio. ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Fiz um orçamento que ia fica em 18mil. Mas nao gostei do atendimento, me falaram que entraria em contato comigo, ate hoje espero essa ligação. Vai ver que e pq fui com meu carro velho e parei no estacionamento na frente e eles acharam que n teria condições de pagar mal sabia eles que o pagamento seria a Vista. Se eu tivesse chegado com minha caminhonete ai o atendimento seria outro neh, odeio isso.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Minha mãe Ivanir , pagou 20 mil no tratamento para colocar implantes e coroa e mudar seu sorriso . Desde 2019 ela está fazendo o tratamento que eles prometeram que ficaria pronto em 2020. A clínica prioriza quem está no início quem não pagou o tratamento ainda mas depois que você paga , eles demora uma eternidade para fazer os procedimentos e enrolam o cliente. Clínica não cumpre com prazo e com compromisso
My mother Ivanir paid 20,000 for the treatment to put implants and a crown and change her smile. Since 2019 she has been doing the treatment they promised would be ready in 2020. The clinic prioritizes who is at the beginning who hasn't paid for the treatment yet but after you pay, they take forever to do the procedures and drag the client around. Clinic does not meet deadlines and commitments
