Obrigada, se eu precisa sei aonde encontrar um ótimo dentista
 After reading several reviews here, I decided to mark with Dr Reinaldo, I was surprised, simple, affordable, very good, diagnosed my pain was apparently the wisdom that nothing was a slight mumps mistaken for other dentists as pain in wisdom. Thank you, if I need to know where to find a great dentist

Levei minha esposa para avaliação de extração de siso e o Dr. Reinaldo, muito atenciosamente, a avaliou por completo e indicou um tratamento que, até então, nenhum outro especialista havia explicado. Fomos pela Amil dental e certamente continuaremos o tratamento com ele.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Como foi minha experiência? Péssima! Perda de tempo. Se seu plano for INTERODONTO desiste! Totalmente indignada. Para uma amiga a atendente disse que não aceitava mais o plano e no meu caso que era um laudo para uma cirurgia o mesmo se recusou, não deu nem mesmo uma explicação, não deu pq não quis sendo que ele mesmo indiciou a cirurgia. Não ter dado o laudo não foi o maior problema poderia ao menos ter me ligado e explicado o motivo.

O plano disse que não teve pedido nenhum seu para cirurgia no meu nome. E não é questa de ética é pq me dando o laudo vc não ganharia nada. Era algo simples como outros profissionais fizeram e não se negaram mas vc pelo contrário.
How was my experience? Terrible! Waste of time. If your plan is INTERODONTO, give up! Totally outraged. For a friend the attendant said that she no longer accepted the plan and in my case that it was a report for a surgery he refused, he didn't even give an explanation, he didn't give it because he did not even indicate the surgery. Not having given the report was not the biggest problem I could at least have called and explained the reason.
R = Ah how beautiful now put textao why didn't you do that before?
The plan said he didn't ask any of you for surgery on my behalf. And it is not a question of ethics, because giving me the report you would not gain anything. It was something simple like other professionals did and they did not refuse but you on the contrary.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ O doutor Reinaldo disse que meu caso de extração de siso ele só operaria em centro cirúrgico, meu plano cobriria apenas o hospital, aceitei fazer pelo particular. Ele me disse que sua secretária marcaria minha cirurgia, o que nunca aconteceu, eu entrei em contato várias vezes, mas parece que simplesmente esqueceram de mim. Esperei por três meses com dor. Graça a Deus encontrei outra dentista, que me operou no consultório e foi um sucesso. Sem medo, sem pressão e sem me deixar apavorada. Enfim, um desrespeito com o paciente, eu não recomendo.
Dr. Reinaldo said that in my wisdom tooth extraction case he would only operate in the operating room, my plan would only cover the hospital, I agreed to do it for the private individual. He told me that his secretary would schedule my surgery, which never happened, I got in touch several times, but it seems that they just forgot about me. I waited for three months in pain. Thank God I found another dentist, who operated on me in the office and was a success. Without fear, without pressure and without being terrified. Anyway, disrespect for the patient, I do not recommend.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ O dr Reinaldo foi super atencioso no atendimento presencial. O mesmo solicitou laudo para que o plano autorizasse a cirurgia da minha filha. O que foi realizado. Um mês e meio depois não houve nenhum pedido para o plano. O pior é o desdenho que a atendente faz dizendo que tem muitos pacientes para atender, como se estivesse fazendo um favor. Um pena. Já que gostei muito do dr Reinaldo.
Dr Reinaldo was super attentive in the face-to-face service. He requested a report so that the plan would authorize my daughter's surgery. What has been accomplished. A month and a half later there were no requests for the plan. The worst thing is the disdain the attendant makes saying that she has many patients to see, as if she were doing a favor. A pity. Since I really liked Dr Reinaldo.
