Terrible service... Doctor only arrives late...the two times I went to him, he delays the consultation more than 1 hour...Very disrespectful.

â â â â â Eu sou gestante, estou de 9 meses, precisei comparecer ao oftalmologista, cheguei aqui 11:10 para a consulta que seria 11:20, jĂĄ sĂŁo 12:20 e nĂŁo fui atendida ainda. Muito desrespeito. Independente de estar grĂĄvida ou nĂŁo, desrespeito com o paciente. Eu tenho outra consulta 13:00 e nem almoçar vou conseguir devido a desorganização do doutor Pelo que vi sĂŁo vĂĄrios registros de reclamação e continua do mesmo jeito. EntĂŁo o correto Ă© chegar 1 hora depois do seu horĂĄrio agendado??? Eu sou pontual com meus compromissos. O doutor e a clĂnica tambĂ©m deveriam ser, atĂ© porque eles sĂł sobrevivem por conta de nĂłs pacientes.
I am pregnant, I am 9 months old, I had to go to the ophthalmologist, I arrived here 11:10 for the consultation that would be 11:20, it is already 12:20 and I haven't been seen yet. Very disrespectful. Regardless of being pregnant or not, I disrespect the patient. I have another appointment at 1:00 pm and I won't even be able to have lunch due to the doctor's disorganization. From what I saw there are several complaints records and it continues the same way. So the correct thing is to arrive 1 hour after your scheduled time ??? I am punctual with my commitments. The doctor and the clinic should also be, because they only survive because of us patients.
