★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Falta muito profissionalismo, compromisso e educação, não dá pra confiar. Essa crítica não se estende aos funcionários da loja, o atendimento foi prestado pela proprietária da loja. Não estão à disposição do cliente, não estão dispostos a tratar pessoas comuns da mesma forma que tratam as blogueiras, não cumprem prazos, não levam escada na instalação (feita mediante o pagamento de uma taxa de 50 reais por cortina). Precisam investir em capacitação pra atendimento ao público, muito ruim. Não indico pra ninguém!
We lack a lot of professionalism, commitment and education, you can't trust it. This criticism does not extend to store employees, the service was provided by the store owner. They are not available to the client, they are not willing to treat ordinary people in the same way that they treat bloggers, they do not meet deadlines, they do not take ladders in the installation (made by paying a fee of 50 reais per curtain). They need to invest in training to serve the public, very bad. I don't recommend it to anyone!

Medidas mal feitas: cortinas chegam menores ou maiores do que o trilho, papeis de parede chegam em menor quantidade do que o necessário pra cobrir a parede.
Além disso, estou há quase 1 mês e meio aguardando a vinda de algum funcionário para solucionar a instalação mal feita de uma persiana. A proprietária agendou comigo 4 vezes (nas quais tive que ficar em casa aguardando a visita), mas furou comigo em todas. Ainda não tive retorno de quando (ou se) será feito o conserto.
Dificil indicar a empresa!
They fail a lot in customer service!
Badly made measurements: curtains arrive smaller or larger than the rail, wallpaper arrives in less quantity than necessary to cover the wall.
In addition, I've been waiting for almost a month and a half for an employee to come to solve the poorly installed blinds. The owner booked me 4 times (in which I had to stay at home waiting for the visit), but stuck with me in all of them. I still have no feedback on when (or if) the repair will be done.
Difficult to indicate the company!
