No dia 30/10/2020 fui até a original car no bairro Floresta para ver qual o motivo de um barulho que estava dando ao ligar o carro. Me foi informado que seria as correias e que precisava substituir para resolver o problema. Fizeram a substituição e depois de alguns meses o barulho voltou e voltei até o local e simplesmente apertaram eu acho, as correias e o barulho parou novamente. Alguns dias atrás, o barulho voltou novamente só que dessa vez igualzinho ao barulho que fazia antes de trocar essas correias. Liguei hoje na loja e quem me atendeu foi André e me tratou muito mal, com ignorância, ríspido e etc. O mesmo me informou que poderia ser outra peça com defeito e que eu teria que levar o carro para eles olharem. Eu questionei pq seria outra peça, sendo que na primeira vez me informaram que eram as correia e que trocando resolveria o problema, ou seja, para mim, trocaram as correias, se é que trocaram, afirmando que seria o problema e poderia não ser. Simplesmente acharam que era e o mesmo que me atendeu hoje por telefone,me falou que não tem bola de cristal para adivinhar o problema. Se eu procurei uma oficina, pensei que trabalhassem com seriedade e realmente resolveria o problema. O preço é acima do mercado, mas preferi pagar pela localização e saber que essa empresa está neste local a anos. Fora esse problema, tb tive problemas com o marcador de gasolina neste mesmo local. Me falaram que o p4oblrma seria no sensor de combustível e fizeram a troca no dia 10/02/2021, só que o problema não resolveu e me falaram que o meu carro possui 2 sensores e que teria que trocar os 2. Levei o carro no dia 18/02/2021 e questionei pq não fizeram a troca dos 2 sensores de uma vez e não souberam me responder. Tive que paģar 2x a mão de obra dessa troca e que tb não resolveu, pq o marcador continua mostrando a reserva com o ponteiro bem longe da marca da reserva. Como tive problemas com o tal do André hoje, não irei mais levar meu carro neste estabelecimento. Indignada e joguei dinheiro fora.

They did the replacement and after a few months the noise came back and I went back to the place and they just tightened I think, the straps and the noise stopped again. A few days ago, the noise came back again only this time just like the noise it made before changing these straps. I called the store today and it was André who answered me and he treated me very badly, with ignorance, harshness and so on. The same informed me that it could be another defective part and that I would have to take the car for them to look at. I questioned why it would be another part, and the first time I was informed that it was the belts and that replacing it would solve the problem, that is, for me, they changed the belts, if at all, stating that it would be the problem and could not be. They just thought it was and the same guy who answered me today by phone told me he doesn't have a crystal ball to guess the problem. If I looked for a workshop, I thought they would work seriously and it would really solve the problem. The price is above the market, but I preferred to pay for the location and know that this company has been in this location for years. Apart from this problem, I also had problems with the gas meter in this same location. They told me that the p4oblrma would be on the fuel sensor and they changed it on 02/10/2021, but the problem didn't solve and they told me that my car has 2 sensors and that I would have to change the two. on 02/18/2021 and I asked why they didn't change the 2 sensors at once and didn't know how to answer me. I had to pay 2x the labor of this exchange and that also didn't solve it, because the marker keeps showing the reserve with the pointer far from the reserve mark. As I had problems with this André today, I will no longer take my car in this establishment. Indignant and threw money away.

Uma empresa séria, profissionais da mais alta qualidade, um lugar que deixo meus carros (só tenho um ,mas já tive vários, um de cada vez) lá e nem faço orçamento, pois sei da idoneidade do André e de todos os funcionários, sei que fazem só o que precisa, não inventam defeito, se o preço for um pouco mais caro, não sei, pois há mais de oito anos só eles mexem no meu carro, e eu estou super satisfeito, é tão bom a gente fazer uma longa viagem, como eu faço 1.200 km de distância todo mês, e ir despreocupado sabendo que o seu veículo foi muito nem cuidado, e não vai te deixar na mão, dou 5 estrelas porque e o limite, mas a vontade é de dar ?

Atenderam às minhas dúvidas com paciência, e ainda me ajudaram para além do serviço prestado (calibrando pneus originais e step + conferindo a água) por eu ter comentado de uma viagem próxima!
