★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Admiro lugares que efetuam a venda e finalização com sucesso e não lugar que o vendedor pensa na comissão e depois não faz o prometido, que foi o caso dessa agência.
Efetuamos a compra e quando chegou na parte de documentação ninguém entrou em contato, se eu não estivesse ligado talvez não conseguisse fazer a transferência no tempo certo.
I admire places that make the sale and finalization successful and not the place that the seller thinks about the commission and then does not do what was promised, which was the case of this agency.
We made the purchase and when it came to the documentation part, nobody got in touch, if I wasn't connected I might not be able to make the transfer on time.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Não recomendo, só tive problemas já na compra até o momento, para vender eles resolvem tudo depois que fecha negócio, só descaso, assim que tinha efetuado a compra o vendedor falou que a moto não tinha débito algum fui consultar no despachante pra minha surpresa tinha algumas multas e IPVA, até o momento eu não tinha sido informado, retornando a loja como ainda faltava apenas assinar o contrato de compra eles resolveram, porém depois de um mês começou a aparecer novas multas do antigo proprietário, já se faz quase um ano e a loja ainda não me pagou, ligo todo mês para cobrar e não resolvem um problema deles e simples.
I don't recommend it, I've only had problems with the purchase so far, to sell they solve everything after the deal is closed, just neglect, as soon as I had made the purchase, the seller said that the bike had no debt, I went to consult the dispatcher for my surprise. some fines and IPVA, so far I had not been informed, returning to the store as the purchase contract still had to be signed, they resolved, but after a month new fines started to appear from the former owner, it has been almost a year and the store hasn't paid me yet, I call every month to collect and they don't solve their simple problem.
