Incompetência, ausência total de tato com a clientela nos limites da falta de educação...demora insuportável (impressora quebrada) para constatar ausência de fundos suficientes para um câmbio de 600 Euros...!? Duas vezes esperei, fui mal tratado, não obtive preferência por ser doente e terminei por sair sem meu câmbio por falta de fundos deles! A brutalidade do leão de chácara + a ríspida comunicação do agente...um verdadeiro convite a nunca mais colocar os pés!
 Terrible! Never set foot in this agency! Incompetence, total lack of tact with the clientele at the limits of lack of education ... unbearable delay (broken printer) to verify the absence of sufficient funds for an exchange of 600 Euros ...!? Twice I waited, I was treated badly, I didn't get a preference for being sick and I ended up leaving without my money for lack of funds from them! The brutality of the bouncer + the harsh communication of the agent ... a real invitation to never set foot again!

Well, I was standing there and nobody answered. Because a child was painting on the table and they only had one attendant. Horrible never again.
