★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Eu fiz o meu pedido as 19:00 pelo o Uber Eats e a previsão era de até 20:35, como eu moro em prédio eu desci no horário certo e o meu lanche só chegou às 21:10 . Liguei duas vezes na Orion e a desculpa foi, " Senhor como o senhor pediu pela Uber Eats" tem que aguardar mesmo, não tem o que fazer!!! O lanche veio frio, e o Hambúrguer mal passado. Nunca mais eu pedirei lanche nesse lugar, desrespeito total com o cliente!!!
I made my order at 19:00 on Uber Eats and the forecast was until 20:35, as I live in a building I got off at the right time and my snack only arrived at 21:10. I called Orion twice and the excuse was, "Sir as you asked for Uber Eats" you really have to wait, you have nothing to do !!! The snack came cold, and the Hamburger was rare. Never again will I order a snack in this place, total disrespect for the customer !!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Realizei um pedido na noite de hoje 26/06, a loja na qual me forneceu o pedido completamente descapacitada para atender o cliente, desde o primeiro atendimento foi horrivel, sem empatia, sem educação. Na entrega, me enviaram um pastel murcho, frio, sem os ingredientes corretos e não estava frito. Reclamei com a loja, na qual não foi capacitada em solucionar o problema, sendo novamente sem profissionalismo. Informei tudo o que havia ocorrido e os mesmos negligenciaram informando que foi realizado tudo corretamente, sendo que não foi. Não satisfeitos, os mesmos colocaram o status do pedido no ifood como "cancelado" fazendo assim, sumir as avaliações negativas. Péssimo estabelecimento !!!
I placed an order today, 26/06, the store in which I supplied the order completely unable to serve the customer, since the first service was horrible, no empathy, no education. Upon delivery, they sent me a cold, withered pastry, without the correct ingredients and not fried. I complained to the store, which was not able to solve the problem, being again unprofessional. I reported everything that had happened and they neglected to inform that everything was done correctly, but it wasn't. Not satisfied, they put the status of the order on ifood as "cancelled", thus making the negative evaluations disappear. Terrible establishment!!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Gostaria de dar mais estrelas pois o lanche é muito saboroso, muito bom mesmo, só que infelizmente o que desanima é o prazo de entrega, pedi meu lanche e só chegou depois de 01h20min poderiam investir em mais motoboy para não perder clientes!!
I would like to give more stars because the snack is very tasty, really good, but unfortunately what discourages is the delivery time, I asked for my snack and it only arrived after 01:20, they could invest in more couriers so as not to lose customers!!
