Marcam o compromisso de fazer o serviço em um determinado dia e horário e esquecem de comparecer, combinam um preço e cobram outro. Empresa sem comprometimento nem responsabilidade e atendimento horrível.
Terrible experience. I do not refer Orion's services to anyone. Unprepared employees, extremely disorganized and with no respect for customers. They make a commitment to do the job on a particular day and time and forget to attend, combine one price, and charge another. Company without commitment or responsibility and horrible service.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Zero compromisso com o cliente... Já liguei por duas vezes na empresa, e também uma vez pelo WhatsApp... Em todos os contatos, marcaram dia e hora para comparecer ao local do serviço, porém não cumpriram com o combinado... Decepção!
Após ler a resposta da empresa:
É exatamente o que eu estava tentando: ser cliente... Não sabia que vcs não estavam disponíveis para clientes novos...
Em tempo: minha sogra é cliente da empresa, está com o serviço na garantia, a cerca elétrica está apresentando problemas...porém, como parecer ser costume da empresa, já marcaram, algumas vezes, data e hora, para comparecer ao local, e não deram as caras...
Decepção!!!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Coloquei a cerca elétrica com eles, e como deu defeito, eles vieram no dia 23 /10/21, inclusive num sábado, agora deu o mesmo defeito, sendo que nem fez um mês, e eu liguei e eles são estão atendendo clientes que pagam monitoramento, quem colocou simplesmente a cerca com eles já eram. Então não deveria ter atendido meu pedido, no dia 23/10/21, pois já tinha ocorrido a tempestade, paguei pelo serviço que não durou nem 1 mês, agora tenho que procurar outro e pagar novamente, por um serviço sem garantia em menos de um mês.
