★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Comprei várias garrafas de vinho dessa importadora, mas ultimamente os vinhos Los Gatos estão vindo com sabor alterado, muito inferior aos que vinham de princípio. Parei de comprar dessa marca, pois não tive qualquer retorno da importadora ou do fabricante. Aliás, vou prestar atenção no rótulo, pois perdi a confiança nessa empresa.
I bought several bottles of wine from this importer, but lately the wines Los Gatos are coming with altered flavor, much lower than those that came from the beginning. Só consegui retirar minha mercadoria (depois de 10 dias, pagas à vista) porque parei na porta da empresa e falei que só iria embora com a mercadoria carregada. O operador da empilhadeira tomou a frente e resolveu. Se mostrou muito mais preparado para atender clientes do que as atendentes que estão sempre de mal humor e arrumando dificuldades para tudo. A sensação é de que estão fazendo um favor enorme em vender para você.
