★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Atendimento telefônico de má vontade e estão enrolando para liberar o VGBL do meu pai, morto em março. Estamos na metade de Maio e enviaram agora (14/05) formulário dizendo que um documento não havia sido entregue (nem tinha lugar no formulário deles para tal documento) e que a contagem de 30 dias para pagamento iria começar novamente após o envio do tal documento. Oras, o que é isso? Estão enrolando para não honrar a entrega do dinheiro DO MEU PAI que continua sendo usado pelo banco (Bradesco, claro). NUNCA FAÇAM PREVIDÊNCIA NO BRADESCO / ORIZON, é a maior furada.
phone service grudgingly and are winding to release the VGBL my father, who died in March. We are in the middle of May and sent now (14/05) form saying that a document had not been delivered (or had them in place to form such a document) and the 30-day count for payment would start again after the submission of such document. Why, what is that? They are winding not honor the delivery of MY FATHER money that continues to be used by the bank (Bradesco, of course). NEVER PREVENT IN BRADESCO / ORIZON, it is the biggest bore.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Péssimo atendimento, total descaso com os processos de sinistro. Os beneficiários já sofrem com a perda de um ente e mais ainda na hora de receber valores que lhe são de direito. Gostaria muito que o Bradesco retornasse ao atendimento anterior, pois a situação atual está prejudicando a marca Bradesco.
Bad service, total disregard for the claims process. Beneficiaries already suffer from the loss of a loved one and even more so when it comes to receiving amounts that they are entitled to. I would very much like Bradesco to return to its previous service, as the current situation is damaging the Bradesco brand.
