★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Fiz reserva com antecedência, cheguei no hotel após 14h de trabalho e o chuveiro queimado, agua fria, qdo fui na recepcao, fui informada que nada podiam fazer, ou eu tomava banho gelado ou eu não tomava banho. Absurdo ! Absurdo !
I made a reservation in advance, I arrived at the hotel after 14h of work and the shower burned, cold water, when I went to the reception, I was informed that nothing could be done, either I took a cold shower or I didn't shower. Absurd! Absurd!
