★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Atendimento pessimo! Descaso com o cliente! Me fizeram ir na clinica tres vezes e nao resolveram meu problema. Tiram onda com a sua cara, te fazem de palhaço! Evite a todo custo! Existem outras clinicas BEM melhores em Fortaleza.
Pessimo service! Neglect with the customer! They made me go to the clinic three times and they didn't solve my problem. Take a wave with your face, make you a clown! Avoid at all costs! There are other better BEM clinics in Fortaleza.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ O problema da unidade e que nunca tem disponibilidade. A atendente a todo tempo fala pelo wpp perguntando se vc pode procurar outra unidade. Vendem pacotes e mais pacotes e não tem pessoal pra atender a demanda que é vendida. Absurdo colocaram vc numa fila de espera 1 mês pra um atendimento. Muito chateada e NÃO RECOMENDO MAIS A NINGUÉM. Unidade do Dionísio Torres é péssima.
The problem with the unit is that it never has availability. The attendant all the time speaks through the wpp asking if you can look for another unit. They sell packages and more packages and have no staff to meet the demand that is sold. Absurd, they put you on a waiting list for 1 month for an appointment. Very upset and I DO NOT RECOMMEND IT TO ANYONE ELSE. Dionísio Torres' unit is terrible.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Só vá se tiver disponibilidade de 2h para aguardar. As sessões não são mais agendadas (mesmo quando eram, a espera era enorme) então a sala de espera fica cheia e sem previsão de atendimento.
Only go if you have 2 hours to wait. Sessions are no longer scheduled (even when they were, the wait was huge) so the waiting room is full and no service is expected.
