Mas já está com 3 sessões que marcam horário e eu fico esperando uma hora ou mais. Não entendo qual o sentido de marcar horário, se vou esperar tanto

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Péssimo atendimento, as atendentes são mal educadas, extremamente mal organizado, esse sistema de pontuação é ridículo, pois quando você quer trocar por um tratamento, as atendentes não salvam o procedimento que a cliente deseja fazer, é humilhante quando você chega para fazer o tratamento e o horário não está marcado e as suas sessões diminuem sem nem ao menos você fazer o procedimento
Terrible service, the attendants are poorly educated, extremely poorly organized, this scoring system is ridiculous, because when you want to exchange for a treatment, the attendants do not save the procedure that the client wants to do, it is humiliating when you arrive for the treatment and the time is not set and your sessions decrease without you even doing the procedure

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ O atendimento demora bastante. Segunda vez aqui e estou aguardando há mais de uma hora como a primeira vez. Isso é desrespeito com o cliente. Iria fazer uma massagem NÃO relaxante! O serviço pode até ser bom, mas falta de pontualidade é um quesito que perde o cliente!
The service takes a long time. Second time here and I've been waiting for over an hour like the first time. This is disrespectful to the customer. I would have a non-relaxing massage! The service can even be good, but lack of punctuality is something that loses the customer!
