★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Anteriormente a unidade de sobral trabalhava por agendamento. Agora estão trabalhando por ordem de chegada. Cheguei para atendimento 14:30 e às 16:30 sequer havia sido chamada para atendimento. Total desrespeito com o tempo do cliente.
Previously, the sobral unit worked by appointment. Now they're working first-come-first-served. I arrived for assistance at 2:30 pm and at 4:30 pm I had not even been called for assistance. Total disrespect for the customer's time.

Merece 0 estrelas , olha pra vc comprar o pacote tem mil promoções, todo mundo muito educado, mais simplesmente não tem vaga/horario pra fazer as sessões. Todo o mês é um sacrifício pra conseguir uma vaga, esse mês já fui 3 vezes e não consegui ser atendida. Fora que as atendentes marcam os horários errados e você chega lá e simplesmente não está marcado ou está em outro horário, é um absurdo! O bom atendimento acaba depois que vc passa o cartão. Fiquem atentos(as).

It deserves 0 stars, look for you to buy the package, there are thousands of promotions, everyone is very polite, but there is simply no vacancy/time to do the sessions. Every month is a sacrifice to get a place, this month I've been there 3 times and haven't been able to be served. Apart from the fact that the attendants set the wrong times and you get there and you simply don't have an appointment or are at another time, it's absurd! Good service ends after you swipe the card. Stay tuned.
