★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Em 2015,2017,fiz fisioterapia e tínhamos os dias da semana e hora marcada para entrada. Hoje fui ligar para marcar ,fui informada agora ser por ordem de chegada,o que é péssimo quando o paciente é idoso, quadro de demência, para esperar muito. Péssima logística. Fazia as 9h,entao entrava nesse horário nos dias da semana escolhidos.
In 2015,2017, I did physical therapy and we had the days of the week and time scheduled for entry. Today I went to call to make an appointment, I was informed now to be in order of arrival, which is very bad when the patient is elderly, dementia, to wait too long. Bad logistics. It was at 9am, so it would come at this time on the chosen days of the week.

Só não gostei de uma coisa que percebi quando fui fazer minha fisio, tiraram o segurança que era super legal, não tenho nada contra, mas acho que faltou consideração da empresa de vigilância com o izaias todos gostam dele inclusive eu, não acredito que a empresa do tinha esse posto pra trocar de vigilante. Acho que a ortho tem que pedir a volta do izaias o quanto antes sei que todos precisam de trabalhar, mas tem outros postos que precisam de seguranças. Essa é minha opinião!!
Qualified and attentive professionals, super recommended to do your treatment. I just didn’t like something that I noticed when I went to do my physio, they removed the security that was super cool, I don’t have anything against it, but I think there was a lack of consideration from the surveillance company with izaias everyone likes him including me, I don’t believe the company had this post to change the guard. I think ortho has to ask izaias to return as soon as possible, I know that everyone needs to work, but there are other posts that need security. That's my opinion !!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Estrutura e atendimento ótimos, porém o principal deixou a desejar. Fiz vinte sessões de fisioterapia, e toda noite nos dias de sessão eu ficava com dores de um jeito que não sentia antes. E isso porque fiquei só nos aparelhos, sem fazer exercício algum. Cada sessão era um profissional diferente, os quais cada um colocava o aparelho de choque em pontos diferentes. Na última sessão, um colaborador que nunca tinha me tratado colocou uma ventosa no meu pescoço que me deixou com torcicolo.
Após as sessões de fisio, fiz RPG onde só fazia alongamento com as pernas amaradas e liberação miofascial bem leve, e o profissional não olhava os pontos de dores.
Hoje, estou fazendo fisio em outro lugar e estou melhorando com aparelhos e exercícios.
Great structure and service, but the main one left something to be desired. I did twenty physiotherapy sessions, and every night on session days I was in pain in a way I hadn't felt before. And that's because I was only on the machines, without exercising at all. Each session was a different professional, who each placed the shock device at different points. In the last session, an employee who had never treated me put a suction cup on my neck that left me with a stiff neck.
After the physio sessions, I did RPG where I only stretched with my legs tied and very light myofascial release, and the professional did not look at the pain points.
Today, I'm doing physio elsewhere and I'm getting better with equipment and exercises.
