★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Desde criança a sensibilidade que possuo nos dentes é altíssima, tudo incomoda, até mesmo escovar.
Vim até a Clínica e fui super bem atendido pela Bárbara que desde o primeiro contato foi extremamente profissional e prontamente compreendeu minha agonia. A pedido do dentista fiz mais de 18 (sim, dezoito) radiografias e não senti um incômodo sequer. É a primeira vez na vida que faço qualquer procedimento relacionado aos dentes onde não senti incômodos ou dores. Para mim isso é surreal.
A clínica é muito bem localizada, estacionei o carro com facilidade, algo difícil em Santo André ainda mais pelo horário que realizei o agendamento. Não se passaram 10 minutos desde o início do meu cadastro inicial (primeira visita) e o início do atendimento. E o valor desse book de casamento de mais de 18 radiografias foi o melhor que encontrei, e confiem em mim, eu pesquisei. Surpreendido de uma maneira mais do que positiva, recomendo sem dúvidas!

I came to the Clinic and was super well attended by Bárbara, who from the first contact was extremely professional and promptly understood my agony. At the dentist's request I took more than 18 (yes, eighteen) radiographs and I didn't feel any discomfort. It is the first time in my life that I have had any procedure related to teeth where I have not felt discomfort or pain. For me this is surreal.
The clinic is very well located, I parked the car easily, something difficult in Santo André, especially given the time I made the appointment. Not 10 minutes have passed since the beginning of my initial registration (first visit) and the beginning of the service. And the value of this wedding book of over 18 x-rays was the best I could find, and trust me, I researched it. Surprised in a more than positive way, I recommend without a doubt!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ tudo tranquilo com relação ao atendimento e procedimento, a Verônica foi muito cuidadosa e atenciosa comigo.
ponto que estranho é não haver recebido nenhum comprovante do pagamento que fiz, como atendimento particular não entendo a não emissão de recibo de pagamento e a respectiva nota fiscal.
everything was smooth regarding the service and procedure, Veronica was very careful and attentive to me.
strange point is not having received any proof of the payment I made, as a private service I do not understand the non-issuance of a payment receipt and the respective invoice.

Cheguei com hora marcada 10:30 e fui instruído a aguardar..esperei e esperei e o pessoal só dizendo pra aguardar.. quando deu 11:20 depois de eu questionar, me disseram que a pessoa que faria o exame não estava lá... E NAO ME AVISARAM EM MOMENTO ALGUM. Não recomendo a ninguém. Nunca mais volto em nenhuma unidade.

As profissionais já estão acostumadas com a dinâmica de pessoas com necessidades especiais e foram muito eficientes. Minha mãe se sentiu acolhida. Excellent, best place for exams of the kind. My mother is a wheelchair user and only with OrthoX was it possible to perform the panoramic perfectly. The professionals are already used to the dynamics of people with special needs and were very efficient. My mother felt welcomed. An additional compliment to Veronica and Cleide who performed the exam with excellence, friendliness and care. Thank you!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Presencialmente, quando sou atendido na unidade sou recebido por excelentes profissionais mas o motivo da minha nota são alguns:
1. Muito difícil conseguir contato (tenho que ser muito insistente pra alguém atender o telefone!) - se fosse somente isso eu daria a nota 4, mas teve outro agravante:
2. Pedi para me enviarem a documentação ortodôntica para meu e-mail pelo menos umas 4x, e quando me enviaram na sexta feira, conforme resposta abaixo, enviaram com a documentação incompleta (faltando pelo menos três itens), que citei tanto por email quanto por whatsapp. somente após eu citar que tinha docs faltando, me mandaram um novo às 8:50 do dia 2/30. Se eu não tivesse uma documentação FÍSICA eu jamais saberia que tinha coisas faltando, portanto sugiro a todos os pacientes que desejam ter uma documentação digital com a Ortho-X que solicitem também uma física, para poderem comparar se todo o solicitado está lá.
Além do mais, também não houve qualquer organização ou cuidado com a composição da documentação online, são arquivos soltos e largados e com qualquer nome ao invés de um pdf único, compacto e objetivo. Honestamente a nota poderia ser pior, só não foi porque o atendimento presencial deles é bom.

I asked for the orthodontic documentation to be sent to my email at least 4 times, and when they sent it to me on Friday, as per the answer below, they sent it with incomplete documentation (at least three items missing), which I mentioned both by email and by whatsapp. only after I mentioned that I had missing docs, they sent me a new one at 8:50 on the 2/30th. If I didn't have a PHYSICAL documentation I would never know that I had things missing, so I suggest to all patients who want to have a digital documentation with Ortho-X that they also request a physical one, so they can compare if everything requested is there.
Furthermore, there was also no organization or care with the composition of the online documentation, they are loose and dropped files with any name instead of a single, compact and objective pdf. Honestly, the grade could have been worse, it just wasn't because their face-to-face service is good.

Porém:_A Dra solicitou que fosse passado pra ela o exame por email, e eu tbm deixei avisado junto à atendente a necessidade do mesmo. Até o momento a Dra não recebeu este e-mail 30/03/22 às 20h25.
Pq ainda ela não recebeu????
_Hj dia 01/04 estou novamente aqui informando que até o momento a Dra não recebeu o e-mail...
Pq nos pedem avaliação do atendimento, se não fazem o recomendado, porisso hj volto atrás e dou 2 estrelas.
* Estrelas dadas somente pela educação da atendente...
Estou insatisfeita com a não conclusão do atendimento.....
I liked Cleide's understanding, very attentive and helpful.....that's why I gave it 5 stars. Today (29/03/22)
However:_The Dr requested that the exam be sent to her by email, and I also informed the attendant about the need for it. So far Dr has not received this email 03/30/22 at 20:25.
Why hasn't she received it yet?
_ Today on the 01/04th I'm here again informing you that so far the Dr has not received the email...
Because they ask us to evaluate the service, if they don't do the recommended, so today I go back and give 2 stars.
* Stars given only for the attendant's education...
I am dissatisfied with the non-completion of the service.....
