★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Entrei pra perguntar um preço e acabei saindo com um colchão kkkk, atendimento da Adriana é sensacional. Muito simpática e não te"empurra" o produto. Me fez deitar em quase todos os colchões foi super paciente e com certeza me fez levar o melhor pra mim ( não era o mais caro). Estou ansioso pro meu colchão chegar.
I went in to ask for a price and ended up leaving with a kkkk mattress, Adriana's service is sensational. Very friendly and does not "push" the product. He made me lie on almost all the mattresses, he was super patient and he certainly made me take the best for me (it wasn't the most expensive). I'm looking forward to my mattress arriving.

Meus pais gostaram tanto do atendimento dela, do conhecimento de cada colchão, como se existe um colchão para cada pessoa.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Comprei uma cama MARAVILHOSA box.. Ela é meio casal (ou viúva). É um modelo difícil de achar. Ela é maior que a de solteiro e menor que uma de casal. Tem 2 m de comprimento e 1.10 de largura. A de casal a largura é 1.38 e solteiro 88 cm. É perfeita p quartos pequenos . Quero destacar também o atendimento excelente desta loja. Quem me atendeu foi uma moça e um senhor que finalizou a compra. Espetaculares, gentis, educados. Nota 10 ,pois bom atendimento é tudo. Esse mesmo senhor veio fazer a entrega da cama e ajudou a subir pela corda. Poucos lugares tem funcionários educados e prestativos assim. Parabens à Orthocrin. Não me lembro o nome dele nem moça.
Bought a WONDERFUL bed .. She is a half-married couple (or widow). It's a hard model to find. She is bigger than the single and smaller than a double. It is 2 m long and 1.10 wide. The double width is 1.38 and single 88 cm. It's perfect for small rooms. I also want to highlight the excellent service of this store. The one who answered me was a girl and a gentleman who finished the purchase. Spectacular, kind, polite. Note 10, because good service is everything. This same gentleman came to make the delivery of the bed and helped to climb the rope. Few places have polite and helpful staff as well. Congratulations to Orthocrin. I can not remember his name or girl.

Compramos na sexta a noite e a entrega já foi feita sábado, próximo ao horário do almoço.
Recomendo.

Eu que só estava "olhando", saí com um colchão, a cama box e um travesseiro! Fui muitíssimo bem atendida! Atendente profissional, educada, entende do que fala, me mostrou os benefícios dos produtos, sem ser daquelas vendedores que só querem "empurrar" a mercadoria. Fez toda a diferença na hora de eu me decidir pela compra. Quero também agradecer ao atendimento do supervisor/gerente André. Muito atencioso e educado. Enfim, super recomendo o colchão (Morpheu), a cama box, o travesseiro e, principalmente, a Leila! Precisando de um colchão, vã até a Orthocrin do Shopping Del Rey e procurem a Leila!
I was looking for a quality mattress for a while. So, walking through Del Rey, I enjoyed going through the store, where I was attended by Leila! People! I was just "looking", I came out with a mattress, a litter box and a pillow! I was very well attended! Professional, educated attendant, understands what you are talking about, showed me the benefits of products, other than those salesmen who just want to "push" the goods. It made all the difference when I decided to buy it. I also want to thank the service of supervisor / manager André. Very attentive and polite.
