★ ★ ★ ★ ★ No dia 15/03/2015 assinei um contrato para o tratamento ortodôntico do meu filho. O tratamento seria por conta de um dente que estava nascendo torto. O dentista que fez a avaliação disse que esse tratamento seria rápido, no máximo 2 anos, já que meu filho já havia feito um tratamento anterior para a correção de mordida cruzada. Hoje dia 04/02/2020, quase 5 anos depois de assinar o contrato o meu filho ainda está com o aparelho na boca. Hoje seria o dia que ele tiraria o aparelho e faria o molde para o aparelho móvel. Mas por incrível que pareça ele chegou para a consulta e o dentista disse que apareceu um vão entre dois dentes dele, pior ainda o vão não é pequeno. Como esse vão apareceu e o dentista não viu? Eu vou ter que continuar pagando por um erro do dentista? Sem contar que o dentista que começou o tratamento não é o mesmo que vai terminar
Edit: Meu filho terminou o tratamento no mês de junho de 2020. Quando foi assinado o contrato disseram que ao terminar o tratamento seria feito um clareamento nós dentes dele sem nenhum custo adicional. No dia que foi retirado o aparelho foi informado que para que o clareamento seja feito ele terá que passar por mais 4 consultas no período de 1 ano, tendo que pagar por essas consultas, só assim será feito o clareamento. Sem contar que tudo é pago, desde a massinha para colocar nos bracket até a caixinha para colocar o aparelho móvel. Não recomendo
On 03/15/2015 I signed a contract for the orthodontic treatment of my son. The treatment would be for a tooth that was being born crooked. The dentist who made the evaluation said that this treatment would be fast, at most 2 years, since my son had already had a previous treatment for the correction of crossbite. Today 02/04/2020, almost 5 years after signing the contract my son still has the device in his mouth. Today would be the day he would remove the device and make the mold for the mobile device. But oddly enough he arrived for the appointment and the dentist said that a gap appeared between his two teeth, even worse the gap is not small. How did this gap appear and the dentist didn't see it? Will I have to keep paying for a dentist's mistake? Not to mention that the dentist who started the treatment is not the same one who will finish
Edit: My son finished the treatment in the month of June 2020. When the contract was signed, they said that when the treatment was finished, we would have his teeth whitened at no additional cost. On the day the device was removed it was informed that for the whitening to be done it will have to go through 4 more consultations in the period of 1 year, having to pay for these consultations, only then will the whitening be done. Not to mention that everything is paid, from the clay to put in the bracket to the box to put the mobile device. I do not recommend

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Fiz meu tratamento ortodôntico na OrthoDom, com aparelho fixo e foi muito bem sucedido (eu usei aparelho móvel na minha adolescência, mas não concluí o tratamento na época, com outro profissional). Esse tratamento que fiz na clínica OrthoDom durante 2 anos e meio aproximadamente melhorou o alinhamento da minha mordida, que era bem deslocada, e me trouxe mais qualidade de vida. Recomendo, pois desde a recepção até o atendimento com a equipe de dentistas, sempre foram muito atenciosos e competentes comigo.
I did my orthodontic treatment at OrthoDom, with a fixed brace and it was very successful (I used a mobile brace in my teens, but I didn't finish the treatment at the time, with another professional). This treatment that I did at the OrthoDom clinic for 2 and a half years approximately improved the alignment of my bite, which was very displaced, and brought me more quality of life. I recommend it, since from the reception to the assistance with the dental team, they were always very attentive and competent with me.
