★ ★ ★ ★ ★ O lugar é bem apertado. Apesar de ser hora marcada, há atrasos consideráveis (entendo que parte da culpa é dos pacientes que atrasam e gera uma reação em cadeia). A comunicação com os pacientes pelo WhatsApp é bem ineficiente.
The place is very tight. Despite the appointment, there are considerable delays (I understand that part of the fault lies with the patients who delay and generate a chain reaction). Communication with patients via WhatsApp is very inefficient.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Gosto muito do lugar. A nutricionista sempre muito atenciosa, adapta a dieta com coisas do seu dia a dia, nada muito brusco e nem cara que vc precise inserir.
A fisioterapia, também sempre atenciosas. Como é bastante procurado e é por ordem de chegada, quem for pela manhã é sempre bom chegar cedo; já quem for a tarde, eu acho mais tranquilo.
I really like the place. The nutritionist is always very attentive, adapts the diet with things from her day to day, nothing too abrupt and not expensive that you need to insert.
Physiotherapy, also always attentive. As it is very popular and on a first come, first served basis, it is always good to arrive early; whoever is in the afternoon, I think it's more peaceful.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Espaço bastante apertado, formando uma enorme aglomeração na recepção. Recepcionista nada agradável, em contra partida a minha consulta com a nutricionista foi maravilhosa, bastante atenciosa.
Very tight space, forming a huge crowd at the reception. Not at all pleasant receptionist, on the other hand my consultation with the nutritionist was wonderful, very attentive.

Posso afirmar com toda a certeza que a competência profissional, principalmente da fisioterapeuta Ana Leda, foi a responsável pelo sucesso do meu primeiro tratamento, bem como tem contribuído e muito com a minha busca pela recuperação no problema atual.
I am a patient at the clinic for the second time, having been treated while undergoing physical therapy treatment, I just have compliments to do. I can safely say that the professional competence, especially of the physiotherapist Ana Leda, was responsible for the success of my first treatment, as well as having contributed a lot to my search for recovery in the current problem.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Atendimento péssimo. Liguei para marcar uma consulta com psicólogo para meu filho e a clinica obriga a ir presencialmente para autorizar uma guia de atendimento,. Solicitei que eu enviasse a mesma por e-mail, para que fosse autorizada e disse que não pode porque este é um procedimento solicitado pela Unimed, e não é, pois sou usuária a 23 anos, e onde vou fazer exames, levo a guia e a mesma é autorizada na hora, e em seguida ocorre atendimento, conforme agendamento prévio. O mesmo com atendimentos similares, como fisioterapia, que na mesma guia são autorizadas 10 sessões. Por fim, depois que a dita guia fosse autorizada, eu iria ligar para os médicos disponíveis para saber se teria vaga que atendesse minha necessidade, Caso não, trabalho em vão! Isso existe???? A imbecilidade bateu na porta e por ali ficou. ZERO, NOTA ZEROOOOO
Terrible service. I called to make an appointment with a psychologist for my son and the clinic forces me to go in person to authorize a service guide. I asked me to send it by e-mail, so that it could be authorized and I said that I cannot because this is a procedure requested by Unimed, and it is not, because I have been a user for 23 years, and where I go for exams, I take the guide and it is authorized at the time, and then there is service, according to prior appointment. The same with similar services, such as physiotherapy, which 10 sessions are authorized in the same guide. Finally, after the said guide was authorized, I would call the available doctors to find out if there would be a vacancy that would meet my need. If not, I work in vain! Does it exist????
