Demorei 1h30 pra ser atendido.
Ao finalmente conseguir o atendimento, um médico muito arrogante (Dr. Mauro) queria impor um tratamento no qual não concordei. Queria me passar fisioterapia, sendo que não tem nenhuma imagem (raio-X ou ressonância) da minha lesão no joelho pra saber a gravidade. Como saber se eh necessário uma cirurgia ou se só com fisioterapia resolveria mesmo. Ao questioná-lo se não era melhor fazer uma exame pra ver a lesão interna (o menisco) ele foi completamente arrogante e quis dizer que "ele que sabe".
Sei que a experiência eh um fator importantíssimo, mas eu já operei da mesma lesão, os sintomas e as dores são as mesmas. Só queria uma guia pra fazer exame, e sai sem nada...
Estou dando 1 estrela, pq não dá pra colocar 0.

He wanted to give me physiotherapy, since there is no image (X-ray or resonance) of my knee injury to know the severity. How to know if a surgery is necessary or if only physical therapy would solve it. When asking him if it wasn't better to have an exam to see the internal injury (the meniscus) he was completely arrogant and meant that "he knows".
I know that experience is a very important factor, but I have already operated on the same injury, the symptoms and pain are the same. I just wanted a guide to take the exam, and I left with nothing...
I'm giving it 1 star because I can't put 0.
