Entrei em contato várias vezes e recebi apenas promessas.
Somente hoje 25/03/21, depois de muita insistência ao longo do tempo, entrei novamente em contato e finalmente recebi a restituição do valor que já deveria ter recebido desde 12/02.
Definitivamente não recomendo essa EMPRESA para ninguém, pois além de cobrar caro no aluguel, desrespeita os seus clientes.
I rented a pair of crutches in January, when I left the guarantee of R $ 150 by bank transfer. On February 12, I returned the crutches, with a credit to be refunded of R $ 105.

Only today 03/25/21, after much insistence over time, I got in touch again and finally received the refund of the amount I should have received since 02/12.
I definitely do not recommend this COMPANY to anyone, because in addition to charging expensive rent, it disrespects its customers.
