I did a lot of research before deciding where I would have my dental treatment, I chose orthopride and I'm loving it, wonderful staff from the reception to the dentists. I recommend with my eyes closed <3

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Me ligaram dessa clinica,informando que alguém me indicou,para estar ganhando uma limpeza nos dentes totalmente gratuita,informei que eu estava no hospital com a minha bisa avó, mas que se ela tivesse alta,eu iria final de tarde lá, para estar conhecendo.Como não deu tempo de ir ,a secretária Letícia, que no início era super educada, mudou completamente o jeito de falar! Me tratou super mal, foi rude e grossa! Lembrando que, não compareci porque a minha bisa avó de 93 anos estava internada ,e ela havia dito ,que hoje ,dia 12/01 era o último dia que eu poderia comparecer ! Completamente despreparada para lidar com o público, até porque, a todo momento fui super educada e sincera com ela,e ao término, ela falou que eu só teria esse "bonus" que no início era gratuito ,se eu fizesse todos os procedimentos lá, ao qual a doutora iria informar ,quais seriam ! Enfim ! Não indico para ninguém!!! Falta de profissionalismo e pura marketing falsa ,para atrair clientes.
They called me from this clinic, informing me that someone indicated me, to be getting a totally free teeth cleaning, I informed that I was in the hospital with my great grandmother, but that if she was discharged, I would go there in the late afternoon, to get to know her. As there was no time to go, the secretary Letícia, who at first was super polite, completely changed her way of speaking! Treated me super badly, was rude and rude! Remembering that I didn't attend because my 93-year-old great grandmother was hospitalized, and she had said that today, the 12/01th was the last day I could attend! Completely unprepared to deal with the public, even because, at all times, I was super polite and honest with her, and at the end, she said that I would only have this "bonus", which at the beginning was free, if I did all the procedures there, to which the doctor would inform, which ones they would be! Anyway ! I don't recommend it to anyone!!! Lack of professionalism and pure false marketing to attract customers.
