★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Não vão nesses charlatões ,por uma propagando no facebook ,que os dez primeiros que colocassem o telefone os exames eram gratis,fui paguei a primeira manutenção,pois o primeiro detista que passa te engabela dizendo que não tem praticamente nada para fazer ,você volta para a sala paga a primeira manutenção volta para fazer o exame ,volta em outro dentista que quase arranca as suas calças,quando vai ver do tratamento tera que pagar uns trezentos reais durante dez meses desiste em 3 dias e dizem que não pode cancelar se não pagar mais uma mensalidade,porque a multa da quebra do contrato seria muito alta,eu entrei no procon antes do prazo de sete dias .e vou processar eles por danos morais .estou dando uma estrela porque não tem como não dar nenhuma se pudesse daria menos dez.

SENDO QUEM ESTAR EM TRATAMENTO MINHA FILHA, A GERENTE BEM ARROGANTE, SE ACHANDO QUE ESTAVA COM TODA RAZÃO E AINDA ME PERGUNTOU SE EU QUANDO COMPRASSE ROUPA SE EU DEVOLVIA, ALEM DE TUDO ABUSADA E NÃO SABE COMO FUNCIONA A LEI.AGORA VAMOS PRA JUSTIÇA PQ FOI ISSO QUE ELA PEDIU CLARAMENTE TRATANDO O PACIENTE QUE DURANTE QUASE 4 ANOS MANTEVE A CLINICA COM SEUS PAGAMENTOS MENSAIS.

I bought a whitening device for my daughter, none of the dentist knew how to work, when I arrived home I verified that children under 16 years old cannot use it, in the packaging it is written under the sale, I went back to the next day. SAID Q COULD NOT RETURN AND IF I WANTED I USED THE PRODUCT.
BEING WHO IS IN TREATMENT MY DAUGHTER, THE WELL ARROGANT MANAGER, THINKING THAT HE WAS WITH ALL THE REASON AND STILL ASKED ME IF I WHEN BUYING CLOTHES IF I RETURNED, EVERYTHING ABUSED AND DOESN'T KNOW HOW THE LAW HAS BEEN GOING TO LAW. THAT'S WHAT SHE CLEARLY ASKED FOR TREATING THE PATIENT THAT FOR ALMOST 4 YEARS KEEP THE CLINIC WITH ITS MONTHLY PAYMENTS.
I AM OWNER OF ESTABLISHMENT AND I WAS HORRORIZED WITH THE TREATMENT. PENALTY THAT I FORGOT TO ASK FOR THE CONSUMER'S BOOK, TO LEAVE MY INDIGNATION.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Coloquei meu aparelho lá e logo de incio meu dentes começaram a entortar de forma absurda e nada normal, perguntava aos dentistas ( que cada visita era um diferente) e nenhum sabia dar informação, e quando davam ficavam fazendo suposições. "Deve ser por isso ou por aquilo" são dentistas eles tem que saber se algo não vai bem. Fiquei 4 meses e durante todo esse tempo os dentistas apenas trocavam a cor dos elásticos, não aumentaram fio e nem se quer colocaram as bandas que serve pra poder fazer o dente se acertar na boca e no meu caso eu precisava usar e colocaram apenas um tubo que no meu caso não era pra ser usado, era pra saber usado uma banda ? enfim falam que vão fazer e acontecer e vc assina um contrato de 3 anos com eles , saí em menos tempo que isso e tive que pagar um multa de quebra de contrato altíssima. O atendimento só é bom quando vc vai fechar o contrato depois disso fazem pouco caso de vc . Não recomendo e fico feliz de ter me mudado. Espero muito que melhorem ??
I put my braces there and right away my teeth started to bend in an absurd and not normal way, I asked the dentists (that each visit was different) and none knew how to give information, and when they did they kept making assumptions. "It must be for this or for that" are dentists they have to know if something is not going well. I stayed 4 months and during all that time the dentists just changed the color of the rubber bands, they didn't increase the thread and they didn't even put the bands that serve to be able to make the tooth hit the mouth and in my case I needed to use it and they just put a tube in my case it wasn’t meant to be used, it was supposed to be used by a band ? they say they’re going to make it happen and you sign a 3 year contract with them, I left in less time than that and had to pay a fine for breaking very high contract. The service is only good when you will close the contract after that they make little case of you. I don't recommend it and I'm glad I moved. I really hope they get better ??

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Horrível, atendimento podre, falta de profissionalismo total na recepção, as dentistas e ajudantes do consultório 2 são uns amores e trabalham super bem, mas o resto péssimo. Só dou 1 estrela pq não dar pra dar 0, esperando ansiosamente meu contrato terminar pra poder me livrar.
Horrible, rotten service, lack of total professionalism at the reception, the dentists and assistants in office 2 are loves and they work very well, but the rest sucks. I only give 1 star because I can't give 0, anxiously waiting for my contract to end so I can get rid of it.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Nao indico esse lugar, é o pior lugar que já conheci. Tudo eles condena para obrigar a vc fazer o tratamento naquela outra que fica em cima deles. Nenhum tratamento que fiz pelo meu plano da unimed eles aceitaram como bom fazendo eu pagar quase R$3.000,00 que tenho parcelas no ano de 2021 inteiro. Sem contar que o tratamento não é tão bom qt deveria ser e vc encontra lugares melhor e com preço mais barato um pouco. Já fiz o cancelamento e não fui e nem vou nessa época do ano em madureira e todos os dias eles estão me cobrando a mensalidade de dezembro sem eu tá devendo pq cancelei no prazo eles já estao ciente que cancelei e lá não piso mais já me fizeram até uma nova proposta com novo vencimento. Mais nao quero mais, que arrependimento. Nao indico essa empresa.
Na hora de vender eles informa que pode ser cancelado a qualquer momento e depois fica pertubando todos os dias e eu nem estou devendo mensalidade nenhuma. A qualidade do serviço é péssima o blackt tem semana que quebra duas ou tres vezes nao sei se é a qualidade do material ou se é normal nao como nada diferente do que o normal. Entao fica a minha dica procure outro lugar menos a ortopride.
I do not recommend this place, it is the worst place I have ever known. Everything they condemn to compel you to make the treatment in that one that is on top of them. No treatment I did for my unimed plan they accepted as good making me pay almost R $ 3,000.00 that I have installments in the entire year 2021. Not to mention that the treatment is not as good as it should be and you find better places and with a little cheaper price. I already did the cancellation and I didn’t and I’m not going to this time of year in Madureira and every day they are charging me the monthly fee for December without I owing because I canceled it on time they are already aware that I canceled it and I don’t step there anymore until a new proposal with new maturity. But I don't want more than regret. I do not recommend this company.
At the time of selling they inform that it can be canceled at any time and then it is disturbing every day and I am not even owing any monthly fee. The quality of the service is terrible, blackt has a week that breaks two or three times. I don't know if it's the quality of the material or if it's normal, I don't eat anything different than normal. So here's my tip look elsewhere but the orthopride.
