Agora a direção tem que ensinar os funcionários o que é música ambiente . Ninguém merece as músicas que eles colocam no Méier.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Péssimo atendimento e te enrolam DEMAIS!!! Falavam q no próximo mês eu iria tirar o aparelho, a doutora fazia algo no aparelho e só deu a certeza q iria tirar 3 meses DEPOIS
Lousy service and they roll you TOO !!! They said that next month I would take the device off, the doctor would do something on the device and just made sure I would take it off 3 months later

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ o gerente me atendeu e tentou me convencer de que o procedimento era uma coisa que não existe somente uma aplicação de flúor já fiz o procedimento em vários dentistas diferentes e é limpeza completa com remoção de tártaro e raspagem. O mesmo me informou que para fazer procedimento de remoção de tártaro seria um valor a mais de r$ 150. Ou seja na empresa de vocês na unidade Méier é uma enganação.
Paga profilaxia para escovarem seu dente mal escovado na clínica. Pra escovar melhor eu escovo em casa.
the manager picked me up and tried to convince me that the procedure was one thing that there is not only one application of fluoride I have already done the procedure in several different dentists and it is complete cleaning with removal of tartar and scraping. The same informed me that to do tartar removal procedure would be worth more than $ 150. That is in your company at the Méier unit is a deception.
It pays prophylaxis to brush your badly brushed tooth at the clinic. To brush better I brush at home.

Meu horário é 16:30, cheguei 15 min antes. E já são 16:50 e até agora não fui atendida. TODA VEZ É ISSO.
As vezes o barato sai caro...

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Todos os funcionários são gentis. Faço tratamento há 2 anos.Porém,apesar da minha doutora ser super simpática,ela não faz direito algumas coisas.Já entortou 2 vezes o meu dente ,tentando desentortar um outro.E percebo q está me enrolando um pouco.
All the staff are kind. I have been undergoing treatment for 2 years. However, although my doctor is super friendly, she does not do some things right. I have bent my tooth twice, trying to untangle another one. And I realize that it is curling me a little.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ O ambiente é limpo e organizado, mas a recepcionista atende sem vontade(muito antipática), as dentistas são simpáticas, mas atender numa sala coletiva atrapalha o serviço, e deixa a desejar no trabalho, os braquetes às vezes ficam mau colados e caem antes mesmo de você comer alguma coisa. A primeira vez que faço um tratamento ortodôntico com contrato, não recomendo, pois você acaba aceitando várias situações pra não ter que pagar multa.
The environment is clean and organized, but the receptionist attends unwillingly (very unpleasant), the dentists are friendly, but attending in a collective room hinders the service, and leaves something to be desired at work, the brackets sometimes get badly glued and fall off even before you eat something. The first time I do an orthodontic treatment with a contract, I don't recommend it, because you end up accepting several situations so you don't have to pay a fine.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Péssimo atendimento.... fio apenas cortar um fio que estava sobrando, cheguei 17:50... não tinha mais ninguém atendendo todos com presa para fechar... pq o horário de funcionamento está até as 18:00 ?!
Bad service.... wire just cut a wire that was left, I arrived at 17:50... there was no one else attending everyone with prey to close... because the opening hours are until 18:00?!
