Sou nova paciente da Dra Thais, foi rápida na avaliação, direta, gostei muito!

Bruna and Jessica treated me very well, very friendly, polite, showed me around the clinic, offered great discounts, my daughter was accompanying me and could watch YouTube on the computer while she waited for us, always offering water or coffee.
I am a new patient of Dr Thais, she was quick in the assessment, direct, I liked it a lot!
I highly recommend Orthopride Penha! ❤️

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ É realmente chato vc passar todo dia pela frente da clínica e vir pessoas insistindo pra vc entrar. Fui ver se aceitavam convênio e disseram que não, mas mesmo assim queriam me empurrar de qualquer jeito um orçamento de aparelho, mesmo eu dizendo que não queria!!!
Mas disseram q era apenas uma simulação caso eu tivesse interesse no futuro. No final das contas fui atendida por uma doutora loira( que faço questão de n lembrar o nome), uma grande de uma mal educada e ignorante, nunca fui tratada tão mal assim.
Espero que na hora de selecionarem funcionários garantem que eles sejam receptivos e gentis!!!!
It's really annoying that you walk past the clinic every day and see people insisting that you come in. I went to see if they accepted the agreement and they said no, but even so they wanted to push me a budget for a device anyway, even though I said I didn't!!!
But they said it was just a simulation if I was interested in the future. In the end I was seen by a blonde doctor (I make a point of not remembering the name), a great rude and ignorant one, I have never been treated so badly.
I hope that when selecting employees, they ensure that they are receptive and kind!!!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Clínica maravilhosa. Ambiente limpo, fresco, tudo lindo. Todos os funcionários são maravilhosos, desde os captadores de paciente até a gerente. Fica aqui meu agradecimento à Bruna, que foi maravilhosa. Me explicou cada passo, mostrou fotos, super atenciosa. Recomendo demais essa clínica!
Wonderful clinic. Clean, fresh environment, everything beautiful. All the staff are wonderful, from the patient pickup to the manager. Here is my thanks to Bruna, who was wonderful. She explained each step to me, showed me pictures, super attentive. I highly recommend this clinic!

Mas são muito insistentes em querer fazer a avaliação e a coordenadora ou sei lá o q quando eu disse ñ pro tratamento pq eu ñ tinha condições d pagar na hora foi super grossa comigo, ficou com cara de deboche e nem deu um boa tarde depois
