Sanded my healthy tooth .. And still said it was because I moved .. Being that I didn't even move .. And even said that I couldn't do it about that .. only dps of the treatment .. Disappointed

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Propaganda enganosa... nós ligaram oferecendo serviço ortodôntico (aparelho), manutenção entre 80,00 e 119,00 e nenhum custo a mais. Chegando lá a manutenção é 129,90 mínimo e ainda é preciso dar entrada de 250,00 para iniciar o tratamento... ainda por cima o dentista super mal educado e atendentes muito desorganizadas.
Misleading advertising... we called offering orthodontic service (braces), maintenance between 80.00 and 119.00 and no extra cost. Once there, maintenance is 129.90 minimum and you still need to pay a down payment of 250.00 to start the treatment... on top of that, the super rude dentist and very disorganized attendants.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ O primeiro atendimento foi considerado bom! Mas depois que você paga fica te empurrando com a barriga mandando você ir para um lugar e para outro e eles mesmo não resolve nada!!! É decepcionante fazer tratamento de dente nessa clínica!!!
The first service was considered good! But after you pay, they keep pushing you with their belly, telling you to go from one place to another and they don't solve anything themselves!!! It is disappointing to have dental treatment at this clinic!!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ No primeiro atendimento eles te tratam como se vc fosse um REI.mas apartir daí ele vão te enrolando cada mês..se seu tratamento for durar 2anos,ele falam q vai durar 4, isso pra todo mês ganhar seu dinheiro fácil.. vc chega lá pra fazer a manutenção eles mal mal trocam a borrachinha.ai vc vai reclamar q seu tratamento não está dando resultado,eles inventam várias desculpas. e o principal. O atendimento é péssimo tanto no balcão de atendimento quanto os dentistas.. e sem falar que se sua parcela vence no dia 20. No dia primeiro eles já está te cobrando.ai chegar no dia 20 vc não pagar,sua parcela almenta 50 reais...isso é um absurdo...NAO INDICO PARA NINGUÉM...péssima clínica ??
In the first consultation they treat you as if you were a KING. But from then on, they will roll you over every month.. if your treatment lasts 2 years, they say it will last 4, that's for every month to earn your easy money.. there to do the maintenance they barely change the rubber. then you will complain that your treatment is not working, they invent several excuses. and the main. The service is terrible both at the service desk and the dentists.. and not to mention that if your installment is due on the 20th. On the first day they are already charging you. ..this is absurd...I DO NOT RECOMMEND IT TO ANYONE...bad clinic ??
