★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Péssima experiência. Pedi um dentista para fazer extração de alguns dentes da minha mãe e que o mesmo fizesse a prótese. Já de início não atenderam meu pedido e dividiram o atendimento entre 2 profissionais. Até aí tudo bem.
Depois de fazer avaliação, pagar exames alegam que o dentista não tem horário pra atender a minha mãe pq o dia livre dela é sexta-feira e ele costuma faltar ao trabalho . Sem contar a dentista que avaliou a confecção da prótese, que quer fazer uma prótese temporária de R$900,00 para depois avaliar se ela acha melhor implante (que custa muito caro )ou prótese permanente de R$ 1.400,00. Claro que ela vai oferecer o mais caro, não tenho dúvidas!
Mas conversei com minha mãe e ela quer só a prótese permanente, mesmo a dentista dizendo levar 3 meses pra fazer. 3 meses!!!!
A resposta da clinica é que só fazem do jeito que a dentista explicou, pq a dentista acha melhor.
OU SEJA, FAZEM O QUE DÁ MAIS LUCRO! PQ A REAL NECESSIDADE DO PACIENTE NÃO É PREOCUPAÇÃO PARA ELES.
PÉSSIMA EXPERIÊNCIA, ARREPENDIMENTO TOTAL E NÃO RECOMENDO A NINGUÉM QUE QUEIRA UM TRATAMENTO SÉRIO, COM PREÇO JUSTO E QUE ATENDA APENAS A SUA NECESSIDADE REAL, SEM COISAS DESNECESSÁRIAS COM TEMPO E DINHEIRO PERDIDO.
Bad experience. I asked a dentist to extract some of my mother's teeth and have him do the prosthesis. At the beginning they did not answer my request and shared the service between 2 professionals. So far so good.
After making an evaluation, paying for exams, they claim that the dentist doesn't have time to see my mother because her free day is Friday and he usually misses work. Not to mention the dentist who evaluated the making of the prosthesis, who wants to make a temporary prosthesis of R $ 900.00 and then assess whether she finds a better implant (which costs too much) or permanent prosthesis of R $ 1,400.00. Of course she will offer the most expensive, I have no doubt!
But I talked to my mother and she just wants the permanent prosthesis, even though the dentist says it takes 3 months to do it. 3 months!!!!
The answer of the clinic is that they only do it the way the dentist explained, because the dentist thinks better.
Either way, they do what makes the most profit! PQ THE REAL NEED OF THE PATIENT IS NOT CONCERN FOR THEM.
LAST EXPERIENCE, TOTAL REPENTANCE AND DO NOT RECOMMEND ANYONE WHO WANTS A SERIOUS TREATMENT, AT A FAIR PRICE AND WHO MEETS ONLY YOUR REAL NEED, WITHOUT UNNECESSARY THINGS WITH LOST TIME AND MONEY.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Já faço tratamento dentário nesta unidade deste 2011, bom atendimento, a única ressalva é que não abrem de sábado.
I already do dental treatment in this unit since 2011, good service, the only caveat is that they don't open on Saturdays.
