★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Minha experiência foi péssima pois comprei um colchão desde o dia 17/07/2017 e hoje é dia 02/08/2017 e ainda não recebi o colchão, aí me ligam pra informar que não ia ser entregue hoje por falta de etiqueta. Absurdo ,falta de respeito com o consumidor e o telefone da loja que veio na nota e está no site da empresa só faz chamar ,porque ninguém atende. Vou aguardar até amanhã dia 03/08/2017 se não vierem trazer o colchão irei no Procon.
My experience was terrible because I bought a mattress since 17/07/2017 and today is 02/08/2017 and I have not received the mattress, then call me to inform that it would not be delivered today for lack of label. Nonsense, lack of respect for the consumer and the store phone that came in the note and is on the company website only makes call because no one answers. I will wait until tomorrow 08/03/2017 if they do not come bring the mattress will go to Procon.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Comprei o colchão da minha bebê, no caso colchão de berço na loja. A atendente que não sei o nome foi muito simpática, prestava e tirou todas as minhas dúvidas. O colchão não é desses que a gente ver por aí que parece plástico, mas sim fofinho, anti alérgico, anti ácaro, bem gostoso de tocar. Fui em várias outras lojas e o colchão de bebê parece que é revestido com o material que faz guarda - chuva. Além disso, no mesmo lugar vende a capa protetora para o colchão, impedindo que o bebê suje com xixi, leite entre outros imprevistos que acontecem. Ah, antes que eu esqueça a estampa do colchão é super delicada, nada dessas estampas de ursos coloridas. Eu amei: material de primeira qualidade e atendimento excepcional.
Bought my baby's mattress in the crib mattress case in the store. The attendant who did not know the name was very nice, lent and took away all my doubts. I went in several other stores and the baby mattress looks like it is coated with the stuff that makes umbrella. Ah, before I forget the mattress print is super delicate, none of those colorful bears prints. I loved it: first class material and exceptional service.
