Wonderful service. Needed a mattress urgently. I spoke to Josi through whats app before going to the store and she was very helpful and polite, she even managed to deliver on the same day.

We purchased three mattresses in this store. The service and sale were completely carried out by WhatsApp and everything went very well. Our first face-to-face contact was with delivery and everything went well too. The staff was super friendly and helpful. We are already customers of Ortobom in Niterói/RJ and we know the quality of the product. Here in São Paulo, it was even better because the service was excellent. I RECOMMEND!!!
