★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Para FECHAR a compra de Bau de so vai chegar daqui a 30 dias, o vendedor VAL (bom de lábia e enrolão), prometeu me emprestar uma base (NÃO PEDI NADA), ja que meu colchão novo ta no chão.
O mesmo não cumpriu com a promessa, não atende minha ligação e nem responde o zap.
NÃO RECOMENDO A LOJA, PELA FALTA DE RESPEITO AO CLIENTE

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Experiencia muito ruin, fiz uma compra em um sabado, prometeram entrega na sexta c horario marcado, ate sexta ninguem havia me ligado p marcar, entrei em contato com a vendedora q disse q nao sabia se iriam conseguir entregar no dia, depois de muita reclamacao minha, me confirmou que seria entregue. Ao chegar a entrega, faltavam 3 itens q nao haviam no estoque, no dia seguinte fui ate a loja, conseguindo mais dois itens, faltando um ainda que a vendedora me informou que entregaria, ela mesma naqurle dia..sabado..hj é terca feira e nao consigo contato nem com a vendedora nem com a loja e nao me entregaram o item que ficou faltando. Nao compro mais na ortobom, na hora de vender, prometem mundos e fundos e na hora de cumprir é isso!
Very bad experience, I made a purchase on a Saturday, they promised delivery on the sixth scheduled time, until Friday no one had called me to make an appointment, I contacted the seller who said I didn't know if they would be able to deliver on the day, after a lot of complaints mine, confirmed to me that it would be delivered. When the delivery arrived, 3 items were missing which were not in stock, the next day I went to the store, getting two more items, still missing one that the seller informed me that she would deliver, herself that day..sabado..hj is tuesday fair and I can’t contact either the seller or the store and they didn’t deliver the missing item. I don't buy more at ortobom, when it comes to selling, they promise worlds and funds and when it comes to fulfilling that's it!
