Faz 3 meses que solicitei a troca do colchão deformado e a loja não dá retorno.
Terrible after sales.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Péssima loja. Caráter é indole completamente questionável. Fiz uma compra paguei a vista via pix, e quase 60 dias depois ainda não recebi o produto. E não conseguem justificar. Molecagem é pouco para definir os responsáveis pelo estabelecimento.

Fiz a compra de um colchão Superp pro saude spring queen em 09/01/22, paguei por Pix à vista, prazo de entrega 15 dias que não foi cumprido, com 20 dias passados me ofereceram um modelo superior enquanto o meu não chegasse, modelo Liberty, modelo esse de péssima qualidade, tanto que com poucos dias de uso já afundou, com duas pessoas de 80 Kg, e nada do meu chegar. Fiquei com medo do modelo que eu comprei acontecesse o mesmo e optei pelo cancelamento da compra, eles vieram retirar esse colchão que me foi cedido mas a luta mesmo é pra conseguir o meu dinheiro de volta, desde 07/03/22 estou em contato com o senhor Cristian (diz ser o propritário da franquia Ortobom Shopping Piracicaba), até o momento consegui apenas R$720 de volta, falta mais R$2000. Me surpreende tantos comentários positivos sobre a loja, acho que o problema foi comigo mesmo, não recomendo e jamais entro numa Ortobom novamente.

I bought a Superp mattress for spring queen health on 01/09/22, I paid for Pix in cash, delivery period 15 days was not met, 20 days later I was offered a superior model until mine arrived, Liberty model, this model was of poor quality, so much so that after a few days of use it already sank, with two people weighing 80 kg, and none of mine arrived. I was afraid the model I bought would happen the same and I chose to cancel the purchase, they came to remove this mattress that was given to me but the real struggle is to get my money back, since 03/07/22 I have been in contact with Mr. Cristian (he claims to be the owner of the Ortobom Shopping Piracicaba franchise), so far I only got R$720 back, another R$2000 is missing. I'm surprised by so many positive comments about the store, I think the problem was with myself, I don't recommend it and I will never enter an Ortobom again.
