Entrei em contato com a fábrica depois desse tempo e me disseram que não há nenhum pedido lá.
A outras franqueadas com preços mais baixo e melhor atendimento pós venda.
Good service only at the time of purchase. We bought a base at this store and then saw the same base at another store for 60% of the value. Two months that I requested a replacement by default of the product and did not resolve.
I contacted the factory after that time and I was told that there is no order there.
To other franchisees with lower prices and better after sales service.
