Comprei um produto para presente no sábado no valor de R$ 75,00 e precisei devolver na segunda-feira (o produto estava na embalagem original), a vendedora e a dona da loja dificultaram ao máximo a devolução, quando por fim "aceitaram" devolver o valor, cobraram R$ 5,00 de juros, alegando ser o valor da taxa que a máquina de débito cobra. A loja proporciona ao cliente uma experiência muito ruim. Não vale a pena comprar lá.
 Terrible attendance. I bought a R $ 75.00 gift product on Saturday and had to return it on Monday (the product was in the original packaging), the seller and the store owner made it difficult to return, when they finally "accepted" return the amount, they charged R $ 5.00 of interest, claiming to be the amount of the fee that the debit machine charges. The store gives the customer a very bad experience. It is not worth buying there.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Atenderam super bem meu pai, fizeram o colete mais rápido possível, pois precisava do colete para ter alta do hospital. Fizeram o colete para o mesmo dia solicitado.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ É a terceira vez que compramos nesta loja e sempre com atendimento horrível,tentam empurrar o produto que eles querem pra nós e nem perguntam se é o que nos queremos, já que temos opções e não estão nos fazendo favor,é tudo pago e bem pago,fora que vc não tem desconto nem de 1,00 se pagar a vista,nem tem olham no rosto,nem fazem questão nenhuma de te darem um bom atendimento,compramos nesta loja pq em São José do Rio Preto não tem outra,mas se alguém que ler este comentário souber de outra loja na nossa região, por favor,nos indique,pq estamos pagando para sermos mal atendidos.
It's the third time we've shopped at this store and always with horrible service, they try to push the product they want to us and they don't even ask if it's what we want, since we have options and they're not doing us a favor, it's all paid and well paid ,besides that you don't even have a discount of 1.00 if you pay cash, they don't even look you in the face, they don't even make a point of giving you good service, we buy at this store because in São José do Rio Preto there is no other, but if Anyone who reads this review knows of another store in our region, please let us know, because we are paying to be poorly served.

um atendimento bom porém basta pedir pra ser atendido, pois muita das vezes elas estão resolvendo outros problemas por telefone, uma dica que dou por ser uma loja de produtos ortopédicos na região do centro da cidade é ter convênio ou parceria com estacionamento perto pra facilitar, além da rampa para o atendimento de pessoas que não consigam utilizar as escadas.
