Em 21 jan fui acompanhar minha mae para devolver a bota ortop. pois ela teve 1 fratura no metatarso. Ela havia adquirido 1 bota que quebrou 1 vareta lateral, e adquiriu outra mas o medico recomendou nao mais usar,sendo que essa foi usada algumas horas. Hoje na loja o proprietario disse que nao aceitava de volta pois ela ja tinha usado e que ela disse que usaria por mais 30 dias. De repente ele pegou o dinheiro (para nos pagar) e comecou a ofender nos dizendo que minha mae era desonesta e mentirosa, alem de oportunista. Eu perguntei se ele tratava oz clientes assim? Ele respondeu que nao mas saiu pra fora do balcao, e agressivamente continuou a nos ofender e se posicionou pra lutar comigo com as 2 maos fechada. Completamente DOENTE esse animal empresario. Analise: ele sabendo que ela ja havia usado a que quebrou por mais de 3 semanas, um tempo adequado pra se recuperar, poderia ter evitado induzi la ao erro de adquirir outra. Em nenhum momento ele explicou a lei do consumidor, pois ela poderia ate' estar errada, mas atender 1 cliente vulneravel, numa situacao dessa nao iria matar o cara nem levar a loja a falencia. Triste episodio do comercio de Araraquara.
Orthopedics
On January 21st I went to accompany my mother to return the orthopedic boot. because she had a fractured metatarsal. She had acquired 1 boot that broke 1 side stick, and acquired another but the doctor recommended not to use it anymore, since this one was used for a few hours. Today at the store the owner said he wouldn't take it back because she had already used it and that she said she would use it for another 30 days. Suddenly he took the money (to pay us) and began to offend us by saying that my mother was dishonest and a liar, as well as an opportunist. I asked if he treated the customers like that? He replied that he didn't, but he stepped out of the counter, and aggressively continued to offend us and positioned himself to fight me with both hands closed. Completely SICK this business animal. Analyze: he knowing that she had already used the one that broke for more than 3 weeks, an adequate time to recover, could have avoided inducing her to the mistake of acquiring another one. At no time did he explain the consumer law, as it might even be wrong, but serving a vulnerable customer, in such a situation would not kill the guy or bankrupt the store. Sad episode of the Araraquara trade.

Entrei pra comprar 2mil reais em produtos ortopédicos aprox entre calçados. palmilhas.meias etc ...a pessoa disse q nao sabe nem se consegue me atender esse ano por conta de uma palmilha de encomenda que já tem todas as informações e medidas. Basta um.pouco de boa vontade de enviar o.meu pedido e pelo menos pergunta o prazo e entrega antes de dizer q não sabe se consegue. Deve estar vendendo muito pra dispensar cliente. Péssimo.
Terrible attendance. I went in to buy 2 thousand reais in orthopedic products for approx between shoes. insoles.meias etc ...the person said he doesn't even know if he can serve me this year because of an order insole that already has all the information and measurements. Just a little willingness to send my order and at least ask for the deadline and delivery before saying you don't know if you can. Must be selling a lot to turn off a customer. Terrible.
